This Samsung Galaxy S9 is a great phone with a lot of features. It look great, feels great in your hands and has a very fast response time.

Looking for a higher end phone at a reasonable price. The S9 may not be the latest model, but it is still a very good phone.

This is my first android phone in 10 years. The transfer was easy and it only took a day to get used to the device. I don't regret the switch.

I've had some technical issues with this phone. I have had Samsung's for years, but they all seem to die right on cue, just in time for the 2 year upgrade. This one is no exception. Battery draining quickly now.

I haven't found anything wrong with it yet. I have had it for a short period of time but hopefully it will continue to work perfect for me.

I needed a phone and bestbuy was offering a buy one get one how could I refuse. my daughter and I love it.

The S9 provides many updates features from the S7, but basic operation is still the same. The SD card from the S7 did not work in the S9.

Love the galaxy line, I had the 3, 5, 7 and now the 9. I'm hoping the battery will last longer than the previous galaxies.

Moving from a S5 to a S9 there is a learning curve. Not sure I like the curved edges. Having a hard time with the camera. Sometimes it is hard to access a picture as they are put in groups. Also it won't take a picture or it takes 20 in fast succession.

Improved touch sensitivity with the addition of the glass screen protector versus the s8. Screen design is also an improvement from the s8

Had an easy and positive experience. The rep helped me set up my new phone and made sure I didn't lose anything through the transfer process

I love how easy it is to use. The fingerprint security is so much better than my s7 was. Picture quality is amazing. So glad I upgraded.

This is a great phone upgrade Well last phone was a Galaxy J7 2017 model and decided to upgrade and this far exceeds that phone

Great phone. Love android over Apple. The battery doesn't last as long as I would have thought with a new phone. My only complaint.

I've always been a Samsung Galaxy fan. Got a good deal on my upgrade for Christmas. Never looking to move away from Samsung phones

I've had a Samsung Galaxy S whatever since the S5. The S9 is yet another superb example of great engineering and technology from Samsung!

IT IS A LITTLE HARDER THAN THE LG PHONE BUT IS A GOOD PHONE. HAD TO THE DOWNLOAD THE MIRACAST APP TO PROJECT THE IMAGE ON TELEVISION.

This phone has a great display. The camera is spectacular. I would recommend to anyone from first time user to Samsung aficionados.

This phone has lots of new features, coming from an Galaxy s7. I really love the Bixby translate, and I find myself utilizing on vacation.
