I'm in love with the color and the phone. The only thing I didn't like was that the charging port is no longer universal.

There are many new features to get acquainted with. Not sure I like the way it automatically attempts to entice me to buy into visual voicemail and call blocking for an added cost. Gotta figure out how to opt out indefinitely.

Have had for about a year and a half and no problems. Samsung makes a very decent smart phone.

I traded in my S5 for the S9. still getting used to the curved screen an other great features. Loving it more each day.

I love the new phone. Didn't really notice the camera was any better than my Galaxy 7. Icons moved around from what I was used to. This phone has to be charged every day. The Galaxy 7 could run 2 days before needing to be charged.

The S9 is a solid android phone. I've learned over the years that Samsung phones are the best android phones to use.

The tech that took care of us was great. He made sure we were on the best plan and did a good job getting the ready.

We researched phones over 2 years and settled on the Samsung phones. We are delighted with how they work. Best phone.

I went from a much older phone to this one. I have found the new features very intuitive, and extremely easy to use.

A great improvement over my S7 Active that had issues. Camera response is great. Lower light pics are good. I have phone for about 3 weeks so I am still in learning curve. Got on good discount. Switched to Verizon with it.

as upgraded from a 6; it's challenging to get used to the "rounded" screen--especially when playing games that go to the edge of the phone & lose "time" due to needing to press the selection a couple of times at the edges.

Great phone for the price, and BB had a good deal running at the time. Better than dropping >1K on a phone !!

I love my 9S phone, it does a lot of things that I use daily. I won't get another until this phone is broken.

This was an upgrade for my son. He previously had a LG...this phone is worlds better and he is really enjoying it.

Got this for my mom and it had been very easy for her to use.....which is a plus so I dont have time to teach her!!

Not only does this case provide ample grip for my hands it also fits the phone perfectly. I highly recommend this case.
