The phone works great. I bought it on sale and the Verizon representative informed me I would have to make payments to get the sale price. I went to the Verizon store to make a payment and was informed they couldn't accept partial payments. So I did, they charged my credit card twice and I'm currently disputing it. It would have been nice to work with a sales person who knew the details.

The phone works just fine. The camera is awesome. Original set-up at BB was NOT flawless

The samsung galaxy S9 plus its a great phone with a beautiful screen and camara.

After suffering through 2 yrs with another brand, I finally was able to go back to Samsung and I treated myself to the S9+! I love this phone! Slim and comfy in your hand, great audio and pictures/video, etc

I've had this phone for almost 2 years and its been great. Never had any issues and still fast. Samsung still even releases security updates every month still. Cant wait for Android 10

It's pretty sad that you have to go to best buy or the manufacturer to get a good price on a new phone. Good price, ordered online and picked up in store. Very smooth transaction from the order to activation.

Some nice improvements from the 8. Face/Iris recognition is much improved. I use 95% of the time now without issue. For the balance finger sensor location is also greatly improved. Great Phone overall.

What can I say... Samsung always has and continues to make one of the finest, if not the finest cell phones available... And this being the top-of-the-line makes it probably the cell phone to beat for 2018

I got this phone for my wife months ago. She was a HARD CORE iPhone user, now she wonders why the heck it took her so long to try a Samsung/Android phone. lol That being said, she absolutely loves it.

My last Samsung was an S3 then switched to LG then Motorola Z and transitioning back to the S+ the difference between the latter phones is night and day. So glad Samsung kept themselves on top

I just switched from my Apple iPhone in am using Android for the first time since I've owned a smartphone. I must say I don't think I'll ever go back to iPhone. This is an amazing piece of hardware.

Finally took the chance to upgrade and super glad i did. Love the new system and the pretty purple color for the women out here who want a phone other then black, white, or blue!! Way to go samsung!!
