I quit Samsung after I had the s4 because of the battery and storage issues. All the new features of the s9+ brought me back.

The phone he built very well! Feels like a flagship but on the software on the other hand leaves something to be desired after using the Pixel for so long. I went back to my 2 year old pixel with HUGE top and bottom bezels after not wanting to deal with all the bloat ware

I love Samsung phones! They are durable, and easy to use. I can rule the world from my S9+. Kinda wish I had waited for the Note 9, but still happy with my phone.

Great upgrade from S6 to S9+. Ability to save photos & docs to micro sd is an added feature. Fantastic for both work & personal use. Love the dual lens camera too!

This is my 4th Galaxy phone and I really enjoy the upgrade. The phone is very intuitive and customizable. Its nice to be able to get rid of the features you don't use.

I finally upgraded from the S7 Edge and am so happy. The best part of this phone is the battery life. I am able to go all day and evening on a single charge.

It's a progression thing. I passed by the S7 and the S8 series and went to the S9. It was like going into hyper space. Great phone, computer, tv, etc. It's all that!

I’ve been an iPhone since iPhone 4 BUT it has been the same concept since then with a few upgrades. Sure, iPhones are easier to use but you can’t customize it like my Samsung. To be fair, I have an iPhone 7 Plus and Samsung S9 plus. I have two phones but the main phone I use is my S9+ paired with my nice ROUND Samsung watch.

I been with Samsung since the start in the year of 2011. But i have Galaxy S 5 in the year of 2014. Two years later i got me a new phone. I got me a Galaxy S7 Edge.

I love this phone! Its loaded with features. My favorite is to be able to unlock with a fingerprint. My second favorite or the picture quality is so much improved.

I have been with Samsung for a while now and their phones have improved much. I have not had any issues with any of the phone and am content with the quality

Got Joesph again at the Chino Hills store. He did another great job helping me upgrade to the S9+. Still getting used to new features. Brought Supcase to protect.

I love it right now, but let's see how long the battery works. It's a Samsung so if you get a year without having to charge it evey 4 hours, I'll be happy.
