This Samsung s9+ is so great...smooth running, no problems, easy to learn new features...I love it! Although I use Bixby only once in a while, I like having it... There are so many shortcuts and quick features to learn which makes it fascinating. I am so glad I decided on this phone!

I gave up my dying iPhone 6s and made the switch to Android. So far I love the phone but a definite learning curve. I did not want to invest in another iPhone at this transition time. This phone has great reviews and I liked it better than both the iPhone 8+ and the X. Price was better also.

The phone has lived up to my expectations in every way. The chipset is smoking fast, and the extra memory (6GB now) is apparent as well. The display is beautiful but other than its larger size, not really different from the S8, which I also own. Definitely a no-brainer purchase for me. As for Best Buy, I'm not sure I'll do another transaction like this through them. Bottom line... they sold me an open box phone. Cosmetically it's perfect, and once I dealt with the hassle of getting it linked to my account, I chose not to return it. However, it is frustrating. I know the phone is used because it came with a SIM card already installed and linked to an account somewhere in the mid west. There was also the new SIM card attached to the box but there was definitely a bit of confusion around the "pre-installed" SIM card. The phone has obviously been out of the box, etc. I wonder if I should push for an "open box" discount on this item... like that would ever happen.

I've had the phone since launch day and so far I am loving it. I had the Galaxy S7 before this and it was riddled with bugs and issues when I first got it, but so far this one hasnt had one. Build quality is strong, phone is lightning fast and the screen looks amazing. Overall highly recommend.

Love my new S9+. This phone has many cool features: Samsung apps, cool cameras with special features like slo-mo, wireless charging, curved edges, voice commands, just to name a few. I'm glad I decided on the Samsung phone.

This phone is everything it's advertised to be. It has dual cameras that take clear, excellent quality pictures plus you can blur out the background and focus on the subject in the photo. The phone itself is easy to use and the processor is super fast. Another great Samsung phone!

This phone is my upgrade from the S6+ that I had. It is about the same size but much faster. I like how I am able to put more memory into the phone. The camera is very good. I don't like how it went to a USB-C cord so now I have to get all new chargers. Otherwise I like it a lot.

I absolutely love my new Samsung! While I always thought that Samsung took great pictures -- this one actually takes better pictures than my Samsung 6, AND it's faster, just as easy to navigate, and just overall wonderful. I'm glad that I finally bit the bullet and purchased it.

After being a Blackberry lover to an Apple enthusiast, I have to say the latest from Samsung is nothing short of perfection. Camera? I'm a professional. Bixby? When was the last time Siri rapped for you on command? Extremely fast server and just a beaut. Well done Samsung ::clap clap::

This is my 4th Samsung phone and by far the best. I upgraded from a Samsung Note 5. This phone was easy to transition too with very little learning. Camera is great. Love the access to apps by swipe motion vs having to click on icons. Overall a great Samsung product.

The camera and speed of this phone is phenomenal...I just came from a Samsung 7 Edge...so they Quality of the pictures are way better, the speed is great ...and I still have a lot to learn about the phone... I could do away with the Bixby assistant though.

the camera is amazing! I love it has 3 total cameras. The back is all glass, so don't drop it or at least get a good case. they have screen savers for the front display and for the two cameras on the rear. super fast speed! not loaded down with all the preadded apps.

I really like the S9+ with all of its features, slim design and ease of use. The compatibility with other devices is great. I just linked my S9+ to my new Amazon Echo Dot (3rd Generation) and now make calls through Alexa. I can't ask for more. Perfect for me.

Samsung has always delivered high quality phones and this one does not disappoint (except for the price.). The Bixby feature is annoying but that may be a user problem I will admit to. Otherwise, I love this phone and am still learning its many features.

Love this phone...amazing camera. Awesome low light pictures and videos. Love the slow speed video for my children's sports games. Cant wait to see how it take firework pictures this new year. Love the size of the phone and the screen size is amazing!!

Love this phone one of the best that Samsung has put out . The camera is great awesome motion pictures and action photography. HD movies on it and can be hooked up to a monitor and keyboard like a laptop ! Battery last forever and love the wireless charging!

Always look for a phone that has great screen resolution not too big not too small. This fits the bill. Battery life is excellent. Like the fact the image runs to the edges on all 4 sides...

As a diehard HTC fan I finally wanted to give samsung a try and I was not disappointed at all. HTC doesn't even compare to this phone. Highly recommend this one. Fast, lots of storage and once you get used to it, it's a breeze to use. Loving this phone!

I've used iPhones for years and decided to make a change to the Galaxy s9+. It has been the best decision I made. Phone battery lasts way longer. Camera is incredible. More flexibility with apps.
