Still getting used to new phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife is not very tech savvy, and with her busy schedule hasn't really taken the time to customize her phone or learn how to use it. She's smart enough to figure it out, but doesn't have the time or patience. Bixby is also very annoying to her. She regularly presses the Bixby button on the side of the phone by accident, and gets frustrated easily by it. I personally think she just needs to sit down for an hour, customize it and learn how to use the functions and she'd be much happier with it.
