Well the phone is neat, camera is awesome, but the dang bigsby button smh what we're you thinking Samsung

I've been using for over 4 months. Freezes sometimes and face recognition pops up when I dont ask it to. But overall, I am pleased.

The phone is ok. I like the screen and the reception. The ring tone is not loud enough. I don't care for the placement of the buttons.

Only issue: It's so thin, sometimes its hard to pick it up without pressing the buttons on the side. So far it's a great phone.

Husband is liking the phone so far. He has only had the phone for a little over a week, so hopefully he continues to like it:)

I changed my smartphone to Samsung because of the short battery life of my previous Iphone. Now, I don’t have to keep on charging.

Feels cheap like handling an egg . Fast and food battery life. Needs protection immediately.

Would love it, but my media programs stop often which causes me to make a dreaded stop into a store to see what's wrong with it.

Bought it for my mom, who has been using Samsung phone ever since, and she had no problem transitioning.

I'm happy with my purchase so far give me a couple of days. The price was right compared to buying it from Verizon directly.

Very nice phone, but can be difficult at times. I think it tries too be too helpful. It sometimes is very slow to respond.

Upgraded from s7 to s9+. So far I'm loving the new phone. Odd placement of the finger scanner, but getting used to it.

I actually went to look into my son(who is on my phone plan Verizon) possibly getting a new phone. In the process Best Buy had a great offer for me to take advantage of. So, I bought the Galaxie S9+. For the first week everything was great and I was so happy. Then I began to notice, while making longer phone calls, the person I was talking to suddenly couldn't hear me at all. The call didn't drop. I could hear them, they couldn't hear me. I assumed it was a problem with their phones and went about my days dealing with it for the next few weeks. Eventually(after about 3 weeks) I came to the realization it was something wrong with my phone. I went back to Best Buy where I was told there is only a 14 days warranty(which I was over). I was told to contact Samsung. I did and they told me it was a Verizon issue. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon resetting the phone to factory settings. I haven't had the exact same problems since then but other little things have popped up. These things now feel like little annoying needles sticking me. It's been a very displeasing experience so far and I hope it doesn't get any worse.

Camera is perfect and pictures are exceptional. Other than that, NOT user friendly.

Superior device! Functions equally well on Wi-fi and 4g. Not impressed that battery replacement will require device teardown.

It's a Galaxy s9+. There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. Good phone for now, replaced my pixel 2.

Easy to use got this for my dad who is in his 60s and he has had no problems using it.

I would give this phone a 5 but since the recent system update my battery life sucks; however, I still love my Galaxy

Samsung phones are the way to go and the only brand I purchase. Coming from older model.this phone is awesome
