Learning curve

Had trouble with the phone 3 days in after a scheduled update it got stuck in safe mode. Verizon couldn't fix it back to Best Buy where the Samsung guy was on hand and did fix it only to have the same issue 3 days later but after several hours of following the prompts it finally worked. Not yet sure if I will keep it.

The phone itself and the capabilities are great but the camera sucks big time. That's the one thing I absolutely hate about this phone. The photos aren't sharp at all and if you or your subject make the slightest bit of movement, then your photos are super blurry. I would have returned the phone but I lost my receipt.
