Great phone, durability questions

Trying to type sentences is difficult now when holding the screen in the portrait position (some apps will not allow the screen to rotate). The b and n key do not work, the backspace key is extremely slow to react, if it works at all. The up arrow for capital letters hardly works (sometimes you have to hit it a few times for it to work). The phone has NOT been dropped at all. It had been working fine up until yesterday afternoon. I will try another S9+, but if it happens again, I don't think I will go back to another Samsung phone. Best Buy will not swap the phone out, I need to put a deposit on a replacement phone which will be sent to me and then I need to send in the current phone or else my card will be charged, which is understandable. Just wish Best Buy, Samsung and Verizon would help out a little more since it is difficult to use this phone now for work.

Excellent phone!

The camera definitely delivers, and the 64gb of storage is more than plenty for most. If you need more, you can just buy a microSD card (I recommend the Samsung ones) to add more room. While AR emoji is kind of gimmicky, the stickers you can get from the camera app are a lot of fun to use. Games run smoothly and the device does not stutter under general use. Definitely a great phone to go to if switching from iPhone.

Terrible Bluetooth

Sad to say at the cost of the phone, it should support something that is only a year or two old.

The differences between this and the S8+ are unseen. If I had the opportunity to return without penalty I would. Not impressed with this phone in the least.

At the get go spelling check wasnt as good as the S7+. From the start I didn't like the way this phone performed. I went back 2X with complains about this phone within the 14 days return policy, not once did they offer to put me into another phone. They made excuses instead. :(

DID NOT LIVE UP TO SAMSUNG QUALITY

I am lucky if my customization's work and I can never get any notices to work. I am no stranger to Samsung but I have to say I am disappointed with this product.
