When I took it into the Destin store, they were very helpful (especially Jeff) with activation and transfer of all my stuff. Jeff even taught me about a few features on the new phone that will make my life easier. I'm very thankful he was working on Sunday! Excellent service. This is the best Best Buy. :)

Great at everything except the phone function
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge when there was a great deal going on and got my monthly bill to go down. New phones are usually better and have newer technology, but I must say that the phone function is the worst part of this phone. I've had several dropped calls in areas I had no issue on my old phone (same service provider) and even more frequently, the inability for others to hear me when using bluetooth in the car (same vehicle). I find it quite frustrating that a new device would perform much worse than an older version, especially for the high price they charge. I hope they can get this issue resolved and push out a fix soon.
