It's ok camera is good still trying to figure it out. I am used to a note but this was better for price

The S9+ is a larger phone that is easy to use and works well. I have owned Samsung phones for years and this is the best to date. The fact that it uses a up to date Android system and the durability make this phone superior to any comparable iPhone.

My daughter had an i phone and was very disappointed with it. My wife wanted to upgrade to a S-9, so we went to buy 2 S-9's one for my wife and one one for my daughter. They are both very pleased with their new phones and Sasung products.

Battery life is better than my older phone. The only thing that I'm not fond of is the charging port is different now!

I love apple phones but the Samsung S9+ was a great purchase. It has tons of features, lots of customization options, and the eco mode options are great. Powerful phone with tons of standby time for when you would like to use it. I would buy again.

This was purchased to replace my grandsons 4 year old phone damaged from rain. He really likes it and loves the color. I just wish we had waited 2 weeks to be able to take advantage of the $200. 00 reduction in price. Great help and service at best buy .

Phone is great no complaints, I like the fingerprint reader location. Battery last a solid 16 hours with heavy use.

I use this as computer most days. Email, Facebook, calls, texts, Instagram, apps, searches. Easy to use.

I am a long time Android user. After starting out with Motorola handsets, I switched over to Samsung and never looked back. My only gripe with the S7 was that the battery stopped holding a charge, and the back cover came apart. But I love my new S9 Plus!

I switched from 2.5+ yrs with a Moto... getting used to a Samsung again. There are several little software things that I REALLY miss from my Moto that Samsung could improve upon... but the fact that the bluetooth works on this phone is a huge plus!

It has taken a bit of discovering the vast features on my S9 Plus phone . The selections of apps, functions and quality are obvious to the eye and ease of functions available. I truly enjoy my S9 Plus and am happy with my purchase.

Took advantage of Best Buy's BOGO offer and traded my Galaxy S7 Edge to get myself a new phone - and got one for my wife, too. Impressive phone. Seamless integration with Android Auto for my car stereo. The opportunity to get two for one can't be beat!

Overall I love the phone, but I don't like that I can't set individual text tones for my contacts. Great camera!

I like how user friendly the phone is. It is very similar to the 8 series, so I don't have to learn alot

The screen resolution is very clear. This phone has a lot of features that are helpful. The only problem has been with it dropping calls. I have been to Verizon 3 times, to Best Buy twice and to Samsung once. They all blame each other.

This phone has features that the IPhone 8+ doesn't have. It's a lot lighter than the IPhone 8+. I can hold it in one hand and it doesn't make my wrist hurt after holding is for a few minutes. It is a great product and thankful I purchased it.

Nicole, the Verizon tech who worked with me was a real pro....she had my new phone with all the data etc. transferred from my old phone all ready to go in less than 45 minutes ! I was very impressed with her expertise and service.

Love it Love IT! Terrific device, which I use for work as much as personal, and love the fact that it has DEX option... haven't bought that yet, but planning on it! Samsung is the ONLY way to go - Apple products are crap in comparison.

The Phone has been easy to us and has quite a lot of features that I am still discovering. A lot of the camera features or nice. Still discovering Bixby., Seems a lot like "Hello Google" This would make a great phone. Very Happy with it.
