Pretty easy to set up. The info with it could be a little more complete. I had to look it up on the Samsung site to get info to set up and connect.

We haven't had to use it yet, but it worked at setup.

I put it in his uniform pants. This tracker do not pinpoint the place he is only the vicinity. It pulls off of other phones he is near. So, instead of giving me exact address when he is in school, it will give me across the street from school or near the school. It only seems to give me the exact address when I am physical at his school with my phone.

They are definitely not as durable as a airtag. I personally like the design, features, and funtion, but i would recommend getting a case if you expect to get a long life out of it. Overall good!
