Bought new, received used

But it is very heavy. If you need something lightweight, this isn't it. Another extremely disappointing thing is that I ordered a new case through Best Buy. It was delivered within 1 day, but I immediately noticed fingerprints and slight drink/water marks on it. I spent about 10 minutes gently cleaning it which is unacceptable if Best Buy is considering this new. Buying something new and getting used is bs.

This cover leaves the sides of the device totally exposed meaning that if you drop it and it lands on one of those sides the cover will not protect the devices screen.

Falls apart easily

I have a lot of problems with Best Buy. They are not on the customer's side, there is a lot of delay in responding and in the end they say no! I already had a problem with a poor quality treadmill that they shouldn't sell, and now with this product that never arrived for me and I still have to pay

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do NOT recommend this case. This case is overly complicated and the design is poor. It is almost as heavy as the tablet itself. The folding origami stand is very limited and unstable. You can only put it in one viewing angle for portrait or landscape. The stand will only work on a flat table or surface. It is useless when sitting with the tablet on your lap. I am not confident that the case cover will stay together in my bag and protect the tablet. I use my table on planes a lot and now I have to take the front cover off and stuff it in the seat. I wish Samsung had just done another book cover case like they did for the Tab S8. That was a very functional, light and a beautifully simple case. You could easily adjust the viewing angles. You never had to worry about it breaking lose. I am going to return this and look for a 3rd party case that is similar in design to the Tab S8 book cover case. This case makes me wish I had not upgraded from the S8 to the S9. Samsung, please keep engineering simplicity and all the usecases for a product in mind when you design something. This is a step back in my opinion.
