My husband is very satisfied with this phone. We were told the battery wouldn't last long, reviews complained about short battery life also, but this phone has tremendously exceeded expectations! Great battery life. Highly recommend!

Purchased phone online and went to the Daytona Beach store to set up the item. The Samsung employee was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond to help me. Would purchase phones again through Best Buy from now on!

Love the ability to just see my notifications/calls on the outer screen without opening it completely. The hinge doesn't feel loose at all so using it in flex mode is awesome when video chatting on Facebook.

I love the folding feature and it's compact design. My only complaint would be that the camera is not quite up to par yet. I will buy the next version for sure!

I only used this for a few days before my Flip4 arrived, but five stars for being able to trade in this $300 phone to fully cover a brand new unlocked $1000 Flip4.

I like this phone but to me it just has more downside. First, without a case, to me it is too small and too smooth, it can easily slip off the hand. Second, the battery doesn't last very long, small phone, small battery. If you use your phone, this may not be the perfect phone for you.

Got this phone for my daughter to replace her old one. Big screen and compact when folded.

Ok phone but it breaks easily and my lcd broke within 5 months of owning

had to upgrade to a 5G from the old 3G! It's way better and taking some readjustment to the new technology of it. Great buy for the money.

Nice idea, but poor battery life, fragile fold and average camera

My wife loves this phone. She has needed a phone with newer technology for a while and was surprised and impressed with her new everything tool.

Great phone. I would rather go with the Fold instead. The screen doesn't feel very durable.

This is a really fun phone. It is a fully functioning smart phone with a touch of nostalgia. The only issue I have had with this phone is the screen cracking along the inner fold. It was replaced under warranty, but annoying to deal with either way.

Great phone with some downfalls the new flip 4 solves some like battery life and processing power. As well as a better performing camera. Overall I would purchase again, it is a bit of a gimmick but adds some flare to the boring smartphones of today.
