I have had it for 4 days and I will be returning it. To be clear, I owned the last version of the Z Flip and it was amazing. I'm glad I didn't trade it in because I will be going back to it. This phone randomly drops service so often that I don't receive most calls. Even when connected to wifi, I get error messages saying a text message failed to send. I have been on the phone with my cell phone carrier's support and they they confirmed it is an issue with the phone and not my service. I live in a large city so cell phone reception has never been an issue. I have never in my life hated a cell phone so much that I returned it. Huge disappointment.
