Do Not Buy.... Bad product and terrible warranty

Two issues in the first year. First the screen protector began cracking. Samsung fixed this no problem. 2nd the screen would not always activate when opening the phone (I had to open and close it several times or push the buttons four or five times to get the screen to light up). Despite being less than a year old Samsung said the repair was out of warranty and they would not honor the warranty. Wanted to charge me $377 to repair. I took great care with this phone. Never got it wet. Never dropped it. Used a good soft protective case. It has an obvious design flaw and was not ready to go to market. And Samsung will not stand behind their product. DO NOT buy a Z Flip. I wish I had not.

Don't like it it broke way to easy and was not reliable

You cannot use this phone while wearing polarized sunglasses. When you try to, the screen is black and all different kinds of colors. I only had the phone for a day when I realized this. Tried to take back to Best Buy for an exchange and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee.

Samsung warranty is a joke! This phone is constantly dropping calls and in order for samsung to honor their so called warranty you must send it to them, meaning you wint have a phone for atleast 2 weeks.
