Great phone! Compact especially for Airborne OPS! ^_^

I love this phone and its compact nature is perfect.

The phone is very easy to use and quite responsive. Size is very desireable since it fits easily into a pocket.

The phone is nice good quality but Galaxy has gotten chief did not put instruction manual in there nor put the charger in the phone how cheap can you be when you want to sell something for over a $1000

I have had this phone for a month so far and I have loved it. I di the recommendation of only allowing the battery to charge to 86% and I bought a good case that also protects the hinge. Samsung knocked it out the park on this one.

I love my Galaxy Z Flip3 5G phone! It's so convenient to be able to fold it away for travel and I love the lavender color. Being smaller when it's folded, it fits into all pockets so much easier and more safely than my last smart phone. I missed flip phones a lot since smart phones took over the phone market, so I was delighted when Samsung came out with this style of phone and this new model. It also has so many cool features, including that you can receive incoming information even when it's folded. Highly recommend this phone!

The concept is more exciting than the phone, but the price was right. Keep in mind that if this screen breaks, it will be more costly than a normal screen. Getting a Best Buy warranty is always a great choice.

Great customer service, but I had to return the Z Flip 3 because the battery just dies while it sits.. smh

What's happened to quality? Ok. I'm an early adopter grandma by some youngsters definition. Replaced my samsung phone of 4+ years when the screen started lagging. Got the flip 3 10 months ago. Could live with a so-so battery life. Loved the compactness . The real rub is the screen. Something got on it & penetrated into the surface. Surprise- no fix available. Full replacement needed $750 later. Shame on Samsung for not fixing this on its 2nd iteration.

The phone looks good, but you notice a small bump where it flips. It really looks ugly. So removing 1 star. Will observe battery and other things and update again. But not really worth the price.

Great device. Fair battery life though. The phone will sit there, and will constantly drain. Great features on it, amazing camera and love the flip style!

Love this phone. Use to have a Microsoft Duo that just live up to my expectations. The flip feature is why I bought it. Easy to use and protects the phone. This phone is fast and immediately responsive. And Samsung has numerous apps that work seamlessly.

I love it! It is so compact that it stays in my pocket safely and in my hand snugly. The screen resolution is great. I saw some negative feedback on the battery life, but I found it's battery like is actually excellent. Once fully charged, it lasts more than 30 hours while regularly checking emails and incoming messages, texting, going over internet news, and phone calling every so often. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and I am loving it. I recommended to my wife and many friends of mine who are considering buying a new phone.

My husband is very satisfied with this phone. We were told the battery wouldn't last long, reviews complained about short battery life also, but this phone has tremendously exceeded expectations! Great battery life. Highly recommend!

My son wanted this phone. He seems to like it and has found it easy to upgrade from his Galaxy S8. I am hoping since the screen is protected by keeping it folded, he won't crack the screen so much.

Purchased phone online and went to the Daytona Beach store to set up the item. The Samsung employee was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond to help me. Would purchase phones again through Best Buy from now on!

Impressive the screen does not see the dubbing lines. The battery does not hold, it does not last even four hours.

I was looking for a new phone because my old one screen was cracked and I try online or went to Verizon store no good deal or discount for me Until I went to Best Buy and they offer me a 50% off on the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G phone my luck day

Love the ability to just see my notifications/calls on the outer screen without opening it completely. The hinge doesn't feel loose at all so using it in flex mode is awesome when video chatting on Facebook.
