He was very patient, helpful, and had good suggestions. I am still getting used to the phone as this is the first Android I have owned. I am disappointed that the phone doesn't come with a wall plug for charging. Also, I wish Samsung had step-by-step directions on setting-up the phone. Their online manual is only somewhat helpful. The best information I received on my own was by viewing Galaxy Z Flip3 YouTube videos.

Ive also dropped it alot and as long as it has a good case its been really good so far no scratches on it either. Alos like that it has a built on screen protector as well

Coming from an s10e, love closing the phone when disconnecting calls and putting my phone down and away. Dont really have to worry about screen scratches in your pocket which is also nice. Fits great in the pocket.

With reasonable use, I was getting down to 10% by 1:30 or 2 pm. It was untenable and I had to return it.
