Maybe I got a defective phone, but the experience of returning a defective phone through Best Buy along with it not working earned it 1 star

The touchscreen is nowhere near the S21, it has a crease in the screen cover and Samsung's warranty partner refuses to perform warranty service because they are not being reimbursed by Samsung.

Best Buy would not let me return it either. Was a fight to get it repaired under warranty and if I didn't luck out with UBreakIFix having had one of these come in EVERY DAY since it came out then it would have cost me $600 to get repaired. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.
