Poor screen quality

I can't find anyone to replace the screen. Best buy says to get a hold of Samsung and Samsung just gives you the run around.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i was excited to own this phone. it has pros or cons. i love the flip aspect. that is a+. youll like this phone if you like to customize. its a hassle to open the phone though. it definitely makes you think, “how much do i really want to look at my phone right now?” sometimes i just left it open. the small size is good for pockets, if youre a girl.. though, iphone mini does well in that aspect too. the phone is quite long when open, longer than the s21. the drawback to owning this phone is the qi function is iffy sometimes and the battery is a big no. so i had to say no to this phone. also, if youre an avid “photo taker” you might not like the camera. it doesnt have the quality of an expensive smartphone. other than those 3 things, its a good phone for the price.
