This phone stopped working! I can.t reach Samsung, Best Buy, or the Geek Squad!

Great size but,the factory installed screen protector failed at the crease 10 months in. On both mine and my wifes. Samsung replaced them and 7 months later, failed again. We were out of warranty so, too bad for us. The battery is also horrible. Don't waste your time and money on this phone.

It's solid. Folds to be compact, has great cameras, that front screen is very useful, and folding the phone closed to be dramatic when ending a call is nice to have back. Dex is also nice to have from time to time.

I love this entirely. Have not had any problems whatsoever. I purchased this almost three years ago. Have had no screen problems . I have never had a phone last this long without something going wrong.

I absolutely love this phone. Great design. Flashback homage to the flip phone but better. Fits great in my pocket even with a slim case. The phone software is fast a heck. Ok, the battery is not the best. But most of us are around a charger and there are great portable chargers to help with that. I just traded from a Galaxy S21.....don't mis it. This flip is slick, its cool. I love it!

Samsung really made huge improvements in the battery capacity in phones over the years but I'm certainly not too impressed with the Z Flip battery size. Most phones on the market have a 4000mAh or higher battery capacity especially the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with a whopping 5000mAh Battery.Having a large battery size for our phones is essential in day to day bases as some people need to use their phone very frequently in a work atmosphere. That is where problems arise with the Z Flip because it only has a 3300mAh battery capacity which is very small for phones in today's standards. A 3300mAh battery is such a hindrance to a very power hungry phone making the reliability very low. Not only do some of the main components of the phone play into this huge amount of power draw, but it mainly comes from apps running in the background. Yes it charges really fast but it's not really reliable. I rather charge my phone only as least as possible while keeping longevity, and it seems more of an annoyance that I have to charge it all the time. Another issue that has been spotted with the battery is whenever it's on the charger for a lengthy time or is in heavy use it gets real hot. I am not entirely sure what the exact reason why the battery gets so hot. It always happens when the phone is in heavy usage or on the charger for a long period of time. I'm not particularly a big fan of having a portable heater in my pocket in the summertime. I know that it is difficult to squeeze a decent sized battery to begin with in a small phone like that. However I would rather have another phone with a bigger and more reliable battery than the Z Flip 3.

I love this phone. Have had the iphone 12 for a year after having a 7 for about 2 and wow! I am truly impressed. There isnt one feature on the iphone I have missed. The camera is awesome and takes great, crisp photos. I love the flip feature beyond just nostalgia. They've really made it work functionally for the phone. Watching videos is versatile in ways I wouldn't have even thought about. Performance wise, I would daresay it is faster than the iPhone 12 and moves seemlessly between screens and apps. The phone itself is extremely lightweight, but the screen is quite impressive and has great resolution quality. All that and the battery life isnt too bad, either. If I charge it during the early morning, it will last me through work and I manage so I am on my phone all the time. Had this phone for about 2 weeks and I am really happy I made the switch!

Problems with batery, microphone, wifi, bluetooth and sometimes the phone its to hot

Phone is okay. Camera is good. Phone has a habit of dropping calls. After 4 months the screen protector started peeling off and Samsung doesn't stand behind the phone or the warranty.

Foldable smartphones have come a long way in a short time. The newest version is more refined but I dont think it would hold up with constant daily use but maknly as a secondary phone. Don't get me wromg, its a good phone and does everything asked of it. It just doesnt feel the durability of a daily use phone. I look forward to one that does. I wish the front screen was more usesble as in the fold.

I have owned several Samsung phones including Note !!, S6, S8, and the S9. After owing the phone for four months it had a typical update, but after restarting there was a dead pixel/spot on the screen.Samsung support suggested I either bring it to a local Samsung Experience Center or mail to Samsung Support for repair/replacement with a turn around time of nine to twelve business days. The suggested Samsung Experience Center employees are not trained in and/or been given detailed instructions on servicing the Flip phone screen, therefore not a valid service center, and told me that they couldn't service it. Samsung tried to sell me a new phone and suggested I trade this phone in. Being without a phone for nine to twelve business days is not a viable solution being that this is my only means of communication. I have tried several times to post this review on the Samsung website, and it has been rejected.

Well I know some of y’all might not remember this but Samsung came out with the first color flip phone back in like 2004 she has some of y’all were just babies back then man I mean I thought I was the stuff walking around with a color flip phone almost 20 years later here it comes back sexier sleeker touchscreen I’ll tell you what technology man if you ain’t jumping on board and trying to be a of what’s next are you gonna get left behind I just hope she holds together I’m kind of tough on things I’ll let you know in six months if she still ringing and still doing business get me from point a to point B making sure that I’m connected to the people I need to be

Shout out to the samsung rep kevin at the bay parkway store. He was honest and i didnt feel forced to buy the newest phone, but the phone i actually wanted. He showed me both the z flip and the s22 and told me the pros and cons of both. I chose the Z him and his co workers helped me with a data transfer. He told me they dont get commission so the least i could do is give him a good review. He was Awesome YOU DESERVE KEVIN KEEP BEING WHO YOU ARE.
