    Best phone I have owned in years

    I really like this phone, it's the best user editor have had in many years. The green color is much better looking than the other colors. No real downsides once you configure a few things. This is the only smart phone I would recommend to anyone young or old. Tip: To get better battery life go into the setting abs put all of your under used apps in deep sleep.

    Broken screen means no warranty

    I bought this phone in October of 2021. In June of 2022 the screen died. I have spent about 20 hours of my time trying to get Samsung to honor the warranty. They won't open a ticket without the IMEI number of the phone. The screen is broken, so I can't get that number. They have asked me at least five times whether I have the box. I don't. Samsung says the repair shop can just open the phone to get the IMEI number. The repair shop says that they can't do that, because Samsung's policy prevents it and it invalidates the warranty. Samsung has designed the phone in such a way that the only way to repair a broken screen under warranty is to violate the warranty. Whoever came up with this plan was a genius. If you want a phone that will break under warranty and leave you with no option to fix it, then you should definitely buy this phone. In fact, you can have mine. I'll pay you to take it from me.

    Do not buy without warranty

    Do not buy this phone without adding warranty. I purchase it from Samsung directly and after 4 months I opened the phone and heard a small "click" and the centerfold of the screen was black. After taking a few calls the entire screen delaminated and would not function. I returned the phone to Samsung and they blamed me for the damage. The phone was in an Otterbox case and was never abused. This phone has a manufactures defect that Samsung won't repair unless you pay for a new screen.

    Do not buy a Folding phone from Samsung

    I started losing pixels in the fold within weeks of activation. Of course Samsung wanted to see it. I sent it to Texas. They sent me an invoice for $350 bucks! Two weeks from new! Somehow losing pixels on the fold constituted user damage! I have about 8 devices registered with Samsung. I got the device back and traded in on an Apple 13. My first non-Samsung phone. I love it! I’m never going back to Samsung.

    Develops large crease in screen

    I learned with the Z Flip 3 that the screen develops a large crease in the center of the screen where it flips within the 1st year. Samsung knows it sold it's customers a disposable junk phone.

    Maybe I got a defective unit but the screen is unusable when wearing polarized sunglasses. If you live somewhere where you do not need polarized glasses it's probably fine. In Colorado, it will not work.

    The design is beautiful, but the quality lags behind all other Samsung models. With the same usage patterns my other Samsung phones would last 5-6 years, while the top portion on this one stopped responding after 5 months of usage. There is no any damage on it, but the repair service guy said the motherboard needs to be replaced. For me it was just a waste of money

    BUYER BEWARE! Bought my Z 5 months ago. Phone completely powers off when closing and reopening. Took it back to B.B. only to find out that Geek Squad DOESN'T SERVICE Samsung phones. Seriously? Done with Samsung and B.B.
