After a few days the whole area that bends when you close the phone cracked and now the phone is useless. Samsung is denying its a factory problem. I rarely used the phone after the first pixel dot formed. They will not fix it for less than $400. Get the warranty extension if you buy this phone because you will need it after a year. Good luck! I would opt for a different phone. The constant bending and opening of the phone will not last.

My factory installed screen protector is coming off and becauase the only licensed retailer in the state got a bad shipment of screen protectors from Samsung I have to mail it in. I'll be without a my phone for 7 to 9 business days and with my job I need a phone at all times. So now I have to buy a temporary phone and transfer all my data... over a SCREEN PROTECTOR! Samsung, you make great phones, but do better!

The battery life has been great contrary to the reviews I read. One knock is my ring camera had a different sound for notification than other notifications. I have not figured how to make that happen with this phone. I do get many comments from people when i use my phone that they didn't know iy existed.

I used this phone for about 1 month and decided to purchase the apple iPhone 13 pro max instead, and Im soooooo glad I did! The zflip battery is horrible, you’ll be charging a lot. Also the camera sucks. The worst part is I opened the phone one day and half the screen turned black and in the middle looked cracked. I sent it in for warranty and Samsung won’t even stand behind there piece of junk product, said it’s out of warranty and they won’t cover it and want $250 for a repair and it’s only 3 1/2 months old. You’ve been warned DONT PURCHASE THIS PIECE OF JUNK DESK WEIGHT and furthermore stay the heck away from Samsung all together!!
