I like the phone and still have one. I had to get the screen replqced after a month. Was able to get it done for free.

A week later I got there are dead pixels right above folding area in the middle, I'll try to return today. Also my Zfold4 making bad clicking sounds when it is folding. With my experience I don't recommend folding phones yet.

Order online and specifically asked a store clerk I need a SIM card. He said no this phone has E- SIM card, I think. I called Verizon, no I need a new SIM card. Now I have to travel all the way down to the store to just get a SIM card. Need to retrain or fire that kid. Very irresponsible.

Great phone but has developed a tear in the screen where the flip is.

I love Flip 4! Battery: huge improvement from Flip 3 i do get 14 hours with regular use! 7-8 hours screen time! I do keep 35% brightness but trust me its enough! Crease is less visible its just perfect phone for me! Everything is good, can't find single point to say that sucks! Far from it! Design is improved a bit from previous model but still same size, feel very solid in hand!

I just upgraded from the flip 3 to the 4.. I am not disappointed at all. So far l've noticed better battery and camera. Also, I received great trade-in value from Samsung towards my purchase. This phone handles well and fits perfectly in my hands.

Just like I was, you may be drawn to this phone because of the cool aspect of it being able to fold. However, this is it's weak point. I bought mine on black friday a few months ago, and everything worked fine until last weekend. Suddenly, the hinge broke, and the phone refused to open past halfway. I tried to force it open but that just caused a black line to appear in the middle of the phone. It spread like across the whole screen, rendering my phone useless. Only consolation I have is that it's being repaired under warranty at IBREAKUFIX at the moment. STAY AWAY from folding phones. The hinge broke and destroyed my $1000 phone. I had not dropped it.

I wish i never bought this. I was Leary of the folding screen but decided to give it a try. I preordered it and got it the day they first came out. Everything was well for about a month and a half, got it thru Verizon and it seemed good but today, a black bar appeared on the screen right on the fold. Within an hour it spread like cancer and about 2/3rds of the screen is black, leaving the phone essentially useless. Fortunately they are sending me a replacement but the replacement is refurbished. I'm guessing it had the same thing happen so i fully expect this one to fail as well.

I love the size of the phone. I'm still finding all the new things but I love it so far. I waited for the next version due to the problems with the Z Flip3. I'm not sorry I waited!

I hope my experience can help you make the decision not to get this phone I really wanted this phone and was excited to get it first issue I had was with the speaker then the screen first a tiny small green dot appeared but it was hardly noticeable then a couple weeks later a green line appeared across the screen then a black circle appeard i decided to send it directly to Samsung because multiple people that had gotten the same phone had these same issues upon inspection they claimed hinge issues do to dropping the phone mind you I never dropped the phone learned my lesson that if you scratch the back of the phone where it folds they will claim damage do to dropping even if you did not drop it!!! and they will want to charge you 600 plus to fix it!!!!! So fyi don't let that part of the phone get scratches I am left with a glitched screen and no repairs on the phone i might as well get a new phone if I'm going to pay that much to get it repaid.
