Actually I find it inconvenient, because it lacks funtions like to turn it off and restart it. One needs to press 2 buttons, and it does not seem to work smoothly, camaras are not great and it lacks slot for micoSD card. You have to rely on the internal phone SSD drive for storage. Well, it is easy to put it in your pocket or purse.

We completely understand that new devices can come with a bit of a learning curve and take some time to adjust and get the settings best aligned to your needs. If you are not wanting to use the buttons to turn off or restart your device, when you have the phone open to the larger display if you swipe down twice from the top the power button should appear at the top and have the menu appear without the usage of the side buttons. If you are finding the internal storage to be insufficient for your needs, while it is true it does not have the ability to use the micro SD card, you can always explore cloud based digital options to expand the storage capacity of your device. Please, feel free to reach out to the Samsung Support Team if you believe there may be something out of the ordinary occuring with the camera of your device. But it's a solid phone that performs well, fits nicely in just about any pocket, and has a convenient screen on the front that you'll end up using more than you know. Overall I like it a lot and that it works great.

She gets a bunch of compliments on it and it easily fits into her pockets. However the only issue we’ve found is that it doesn’t keep a good charge but as long as you keep a charger with you it’s no problem!
