Very disappointing – overheating and terrible batt

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid almost $400 for this phone thinking it would be a reliable device for my mother, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. When I finally turned it on and started using it, I noticed that the phone overheats very quickly even with minimal use. On top of that, the battery drains unbelievably fast. A full charge barely lasts about an hour, which makes the phone practically useless. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. A phone should not overheat like this or die so quickly. This has been a waste of money and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

bad experience

They should have delivery insurance or require a signature upon delivery. I do not recommend these sellers.
