Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the phone, but it has been over a month and I still have not received my $200 trade in refund for trading in my good condition iPhone 11 Pro Max. I talked to customer service, they said go to the store. I talked to the store, they said email onlinetradein. I emailed onlinetradein, they told me to go back to the store and to not contact them again. Do yourself a favor and purchase your phone through your provider because best buy will scam you.

This device is not built to last and you will run into issues eventually no matter how cool it is its not worth 1000 bucks if its going to break within 2 months of owning it brand new skip the folds in general they all have this issue
