I have had the Flip 1, 3 and 5 and now the 6 after I dropped my 5 on its face. I bought this one from Best Buy after every At and T store had to order one. Best Buy had it in stock. I lost my 3 in an airport once and before it was returned, I used a traditional non flip phone. I hated the inconvenience. This will fit in my shirt pocket.

Bought this phone in early December, 2024. The phone worked great for 11 months, then the charging port failed. That was replaced under warranty at uBreakiFix, but it still wouldn't charge via port; they said it was a software problem. Then, less than a week later, the phone froze, the main screen would not respond. I had to send the phone to Samsung repair in Texas. They fixed it under the 12-month warranty, but I had no phone for over a week, and since it has an esim, I didn't have access to my phone number, which was a nightmare. I acquired a Moto G 2025 as a backup phone, which worked great. I have been a Samsung customer for decades (x495 flip, S5, S10), but the Z flip has a design flaw that allows dust to enter through the hinge and freeze the main screen. The whole experience with my Z Flip6 has been so unpleasant, my next primary phone, if I stick with a flip, will probably be a Motorola Razr.

In general I love the phone. Love the video quality. It's very cute and handy when it's folded.

A total game changer for me. Years of being used to having a giant slab in my pocket. Its refreshing to have a phone that folds up and fits nicely. The crease is totally unnoticeable in day to day use. Love this thing, feel like I'm living in the future every time I pull it out.

Although the phone performs very well, I had to send it in for warranty after a few months of use because the screen stopped working. I just received it again and will continue to use it, I hope it doesn't fail again.

It Was recommended by the associate pedro in the manchester location.i was going to get a moto flip but was debating due to the stores display being warn and only a few months old.this was more expensive but worth the investment.i haven't used samsung since the galaxy 5.glad to see major improvements.iphone definitely has a better camera only by a small margin

I someone wants a mobile thats pretty hand I would definitely say this should be it. Lots of good features.

The battery life is good and perfect for watching the movies and more and cover screen is very helpful

I switched to this phone from an iphone 13 and im loving it so far. It was a little hard to get the hang of it at first but once i did, it blew the iphone out of the water.

Works amazing I switched from apple to this and I have seen so many different things and how much more advanced it really is and I won’t be going back it’s worth it!
