I've had it under 1 year and the screen went black and unuseable. There were no drops or cracked screen. I woke up to an unuseable black screen. I had to pay $600 to replace the screen. I had reviewed youtube on tapping places if wire was loose. The screen has many wires and things on it. Its much more involved than normal screen. Buyer Beware. This was a good idea to fold phone but not ready for sale. Never again.

Main/internal screen becomes unresponsive and now it went black and unable to use it anymore. Mini screen is still working. There's no Physical damage to my phone and was working fine except it get heated sometimes, for example when hotspot function is activated.

The local rep tried to tell me that there were scratches on the outside case and that was physical damage. Guess what if you have your phone in your pocket with your keys it will get scratched. The inside screen doesn't get touched, yet that is what goes wrong with these pieces of junk. My iPhone has the same scratches, yet works perfectly. Guess I need to go back to Apple products.

This happens suddenly without any reason. These phones are prone to having screen issues. You have been warned.

But in less than a year, the screen went blank. None of the certified Samsung dealers near me would touch the phone. It turned out to be a faulty hinge, though you couldn't see any damage. The phone wasn't dropped or abused. I will say my husband has the identical phone and it has worked very well.
