Happy with my new phone

The phone has had major glitches since day one. And Best Buy unfortunately does not honor the products they sell. They tell me I have to return it to a Samsung store, the closest one being over an hour away. Of course I did not purchase the phone from Samsung, I purchased it from Best Buy along with literally thousands of dollars of merchandise over the years (TV's, washer/dryer, laptop, etc). Never again, I will cheer when I hear the news that they have finally gone under, it will be a well deserved collapse.

I know its a minor thing, but too expensive for it to not be working smoothly. I didnt want to bother with tech support as i was so disappointed. I also noticed the battery life was not the best. I switched to the s24 ultra and love it

When it was sent in to Samsung for repair, the stated it was damaged and not covered under warranty. I searched online and there were multiple reports of the same defect explaining you can press the display screen at a certain spot and it will help. It only worked once, and after that did not work again.

Best Buy listed the phone as 'Open Box - Good Condition'. Which means the device functions, has only minor cosmetic defects, and may be missing non-essential items. While the phone had been factory reset, there was a Google Account associated with the phone. Samsung does not remove the Google Account when a phone is reset, and the only way to access an use the phone. As such I purchased a phone that I can not use.
