    Not what I expected , in 6 months I had 2 devices and the flex broke so no more Samsung for know

    Defective less than 3 months.

    I bought this phone for my daughter for Christmas. In less than 3 months the phone has problem. Half if the screen was white when it’s open. I went to the store to ask for a repair or change. The Best Buy guy told me I have to pay 110$ because I have total creek account otherwise I should pay for another phone. It is not fair. The phone was defective it is a company fault.

    Overheats all the time

    This model overheats regularly, weekly to multiple times a day, especially if connected to car or sitting on plugless chargers.

    Purchased a broken phone

    Broke within a week of buying it took it to best buy they said they wouldn't respect the free insurance, Tyen did samsung support and they said i had to pay another 600$ basically something to do with a cord that got un connected.

    I wouldn't buy again. I've owned every generation since they came out. I still own the flip 5 and Flip 6. The screen on the flip 5 has three half moon spots on the left side of the screen. My flip 6 has one as of now. I would never buy again and I plan on using the warranty on both.

    This phone was great at first but 2 months in, the screen would not turn on , only the front screen. I had warranty and got it fixed. But 3 months after it happened again.

    my phone lasted less than 2 months. It will not charge. I had my old phone for 5 years without any issues so very disappointed in this flip phone. Hopefully they will replace it, but not likely. It is hard to rate a phone that doesnt even turn on.

    Eye Catching, Fast but Not Perfect

    The phone is great, I bought it for my wife who came over from iphone so in her experience it is the best phone she has ever owned and a huge upgrade. But, rather than boasting about the obvious here are some things to consider and that should be addressed. Could be improved: Camera: It has a lower quality camera setup than even the S22 Ultra. (my personal phone) it is odd that video and camera quality is less than a few year old flagship but still takes amazing photos and videos but no ultra zoom option. Cover screen: The cover screen can be great but the features are locked behind an app for addition setup. Cool... but Goodluck (the app that allows you to customize the phone) is made by samsung im not sure why that wouldn't be included in the settings menu as she was disappointed in her cover screen features until I told her about the app. Pros: Performance: Processing Power on it is much better than the S22 Ultra Screen Quality: The screen alone on Samsung phones could be a reason enough to use flagship Samsung devices. Battery Life: If your device doesn't last all day something is wrong with your device or you have an app draining power sometimes she forgets to charge her phone and it will go over 24 hours without a charge.

    had phone for 3 months and now the inner screen lights up but has no touch response. After doing a little research seems to be a known issue.

    I bought my product on Black Friday, but Best Buy cancelled my purchase saying they didn't have it. However, the product had shipped as I received a UPS tracking number. I searched for the product on the Best Buy platform and it was available, just more expensive.

    Screen broke after 4 months went to 24 ultra No hits no drops. Screen just stopped working. Could be just a loose wire.
