Shipped me an empty box and now dragging on refund

Notified them immediately and shipped the empty box back to them that same day. Promised refund in 7-10 business days from receipt. It's been 13 business days and I'm now being told I have to wait another 7-10 business days from the refund approval to actually get the refund. Never again will I do business with Best Buy and customer service is a nightmare of nothing but low level workers reading from scripts.
