The ordering process was quick and easy, and the item arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described on the website. The quality exceeded my expectations and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The price was very competitive compared to other stores, and Best Buy’s customer service has always been reliable whenever I’ve had questions. I would definitely purchase from Best Buy again and highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality and a hassle-free buying experience.

It's now completely unusable after only a few months of normal daily use. Samsung seem to have fixed the issue of the screen physically tearing, but now there's a fun new issue where the screen glitches, goes black, and will no longer light up. Rear screen is still fine. Samsung says this is an "out of warranty" issue. Numerous people have been experiencing this these last couple months. I cannot in good conscience give more than one star to a $1k phone that didn't even make it four months.

For those who's still nostalgic about the flip phone, this one is one of the best flip phone on the market right now. The screen width is however a little bit small to my liking. I like it still.

I bought this one from Best Buy after every At and T store had to order one. Best Buy had it in stock. I lost my 3 in an airport once and before it was returned, I used a traditional non flip phone. I hated the inconvenience. This will fit in my shirt pocket.

After ~8 months of use my screen protector has started to separate over the hinge on the left side, but that's the only sign of wear. Phone still opens all the way smoothly.
