I really loved this phone until I had to spend $400 to repair the screen just to have the same issue 2 weeks later. Samsung help desk has been less help than a wet tea towel. Great look and function though poor structural quality even with a cover/case. Bubble wrap and it you should be fine.

Very Gimmicky!

Battery doesn’t charge for over 10 hours. Overall a bad experience when I compare it with my previous Samsung products.

Hate the size of Flip 7

You wouldn't think that it would make that much of a difference, but it does. It no longer fits comfortably in my hand, and I dropped it 3 times in the first day. My hand started to ache from having to grip it so tightly. Note: I am a mature woman with small hands, and my Flip 5 was the perfect size for me.
