LI'm a Samsung user and have always had the S line of phones. Wasn't sure what to expect with z flip but I am in love with it and the versatility. I have smaller hands and was concerned about the size but I was actually pretty surprised with the size and doesn't feel too big or awkward. I do love the size and the fact that it fits in my pockets or smaller purses. I was concerned about the camera quality since a few where stating that the quality wasn't the same but I have to say I don't see a difference between this and my S24 that I had previously. Also, I know people are concerned about the crease but it's practically non-existent with the screen on or off. Of course, if you have the screen off and light hits it just right you will be able to see the crease. But not a big deal to me. I did buy my phone used from Best Buy. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was in excellent condition just like new. Saved a few bucks and got the phone I wanted without it affecting my budget.

I swapped my iPhone 14 Pro for this, and I don't regret it at all. Both displays are awesome, and the performance so far is incredible. I was tired of the same old thing; this is definitely a huge upgrade from my last phone.

Great Samsung phone. Just make sure you get a full case for it and you'll be set. It was a gift for my daughter so she's being extra careful with it. She loves it. I thought I got for a great deal but then it was selling for a bit lower price so they priceatched it which saved me some money. Thank you BestBuy.

I love my Flip 7, it has a good camera and is easier to use. I also love the Coral Red color.

Almost perfect (a little more battery and a little better camera would take it to the next level. I had a z flip 5 and the difference between these two are astounding.

Going from the Z-Flip 5 with all the hinge issues to this beautiful phone feels like jumping a decade of technological advancement. The hinge on the inside screen is flush, flat to the touch, only visible if you're really looking for it. The outside display has significantly more options for app use - realistically, you can use this phone without ever opening it fully. I was hesitant to purchase a new flip, but, seeing the quality of life improvements, if you're interested, this is the phone to introduce yourself to.

Brought it as a early Xmas gift and loving it so far. Just wish that there were more cute durable cases that protects the entire phone.

Pre-ordered a Samsung phone for next-day delivery — it was delayed, then stolen before it even got to me. FedEx delivered an empty box. Best Buy reshipped, promised next-day delivery again, and delayed it again. After almost two weeks of waiting, I canceled. My daughter had already traded in her iPhone for this. Still no refund. Just excuses and runaround from customer service. Worst buying experience I’ve had.
