Love the aesthetics of this phone. But ultimately, it is very unreliable. Hate to leave a negative review, but Samsung leaves no choice. Within 3 months of having the phone, it had an issue where it will shut off and kill all the battery. The phone would refuse to turn on sometimes. I had to charge it to turn on, even though it had charge. With some time, a software update maybe fixed the issue. Recently, As in yesterday, I updated my phone and now the main screen is blank. It gets static from time to time and unresponsive. I get lucky sometimes when it wants to work but I cant do this anymore. My phone has never fallen, no damage, no scratches. Its just plain faulty. I am not the only person with these issues. And to fix it is almost paying the same price for the phone. Ive read so many threads with the sameee issues and people sold their phone or traded it. Unfortunately, I may have to do the same. Please do better Samsung

The case fits as if it were original equipment manufacturer with its snugness and despite dropping the phone fully encased more than once not a scratch on it and the clear transparent case is clean looking.

This is my current phone. I love the functionality abd how small and portable it is. I get lots of complement anytine people see it. I just hope thw screen won't go blank like the 6 did. I have to trade it in for a 7 so watch out.

I love this phone! Great camera quality and features. I love being able to fold my phone and place in my pocket or purse. Being able to answer calls, texts, and watch youtube/netflix on the outside screen is cool too.

Good ring case, wish it had some hinge protection but otherwise good. Be advised the first party anti reflect film will not play nice with this case

This case is a great! the hook at the end makes carrying this phone soooo convenient and i love that its clear so you can still see the amazing blue color!!

Bought this for my step-daughter she is now the envy of every girl in her grade. She loves the phone we will see how long it lasts for a 14 year old girl.

I ended up returning the device as over two weeks the crease became more noticeable and the hinge seemed like it was grinding. Still needs refinement, but still inpressive tech.

Glad that one of the bestbuy sales agent showcased and recommended this phone. There are so many things you can do with it.

I love my new phone specially its very handy not bulky its super convenient to carry the most i admirers on my flip phone is once i fold it and open it its like a magic make it bigger into smaller super love it !

Nice thin, sturdy case. The plastic strap that holds the ring on the back is a little flimsy, but nothing some glue can't fix.

A little over rated. The new features don't really find much daily use in everyday living. The folding screen is very prone to damage from just folding it's self and regular use. Any buyers watch out for the screen bugging out. I recommend to buy tech insurance!
