Customers are saying
Customers have good things to say about the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G 256GB's large screen size and excellent camera quality. Many appreciate its impressive battery life and the smooth multitasking capabilities. However, some find the device to be heavy, and the lack of water resistance is also a point of concern for certain users.

Worst phone I ever got!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone would probably not be so bad if it had a case. But the shell is so slick. You have to take extra care not to let it slip out of your hand. Have come close to dropping it several times. Then on top of it had to buy a second insurance plan. My 20 G Ultra's camera lens got broke. They didn't have the 512 GB - and they couldn't do a simple repair on replacing the lens. So, the insurance came in handy - yeah it was $200.00 deductible and they sent me a credit for the remainder - Note 20 didn't have 512 GB either. Neither did the Z Fold2 - but figured might as go with the latest if couldn't get what wanted. Loved the 20G Ultra. So, getting into the Z Fold2 and they ask me if I want insurance. Said I already paid for 2 years in February on the 20G Ultra. No, that one is no longer good. That was for the 20G Ultra. Need new policy for the Z Fold2. Whatever. Guess my days of shopping at Best Buy are done. Guess dad was right. There is a sucker born every minute and 3 born to take him in. Should of read the fine print on the insurance for the phone. And should of settled for the 20G Ultra with the 256 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't have my phone yet. I was told my new phone would be ready for me to pick up on March 25th. Today is March 27th and it's still not in. Status now says there is a delay and they are working on getting my phone for me as soon as they can.

Screen has had several issues in less than 3 weeks. Warranty is a nightmare. 5g hasn't worked once in any place that is advertising 5g coverage either

Do not buy!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen cracked across the fold line (no other damage, not dropped) after 4.5 months. Samsung said I could mail it in for evaluation and then possibly pay 500 for new screen and have it mailed back. Tried to file a Samsung Care claim. They said I could buy a new phone for 250, but I couldnt go to the Samsung approved repair location 3 miles from my house for a repair that would be cheaper. Not buying Samsung again! My son's Fold screen also broke twice in under 4 months.
