This device came out of the box (brand new) with tiny nicks in the metal along one side, and a tiny dent in the power button / fingerprint reader. You would think that for the insane amount of money Samsung is charging for these devices, that the workmanship and quality assurance would at the very least reflect even a quarter of the price. Deciding whether nor not to give Samsung another chance, or eat the restocking fee that Best Buy will absolutely charge for a return.

Great idea, Definitely not ready for the real world. So pretty, so fragile, so expensive, so long!

Cool and attractive phone, however, very glitchy. The speakers sometimes dont work, you have to turn off the apps and start again. Battery drains drastically, screen isnt very bright. Auto Android in it is mediocre at best. The bluetooth connectivity drops very often and you have to reset it. I miss my old iphone, but I also miss the $2,000 plus tax that i spent on this gadget. I wish I could return it, but there it is way past the return period, 17 days past it. Despite of being an Elite Plus member. Wait until Samsung fixes all these bugs.5

Works great! Great quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at this product if you're already an android user!

Worth every penny. BUT the inside screen dents and scratches very easily.

Don't waste your money thought they would have ironed the kinks out on the phone by now but apparently not. Phone freezes all the time and needs to be set often. Way to expensive for what you get

Love the idea and it’s great to watch Tv on but other than that it’s too big and heavy. When closed phone is too small when open too big. Do not buy!

The product, I would say good but not so good for 3 weeks of used. One thing I don’t like is the span of time to return. I bought this phone in Bestbuy online and it was shipped February 15. Only 10 days they gave to avail the return policy. Usually it takes a month. I don’t what happen to the store called BESTBUY...are this stores still deserve to be called BEST???

Alot of things are not worth buying in life but we buy them because we want them, this is one of those things. No phone on earth is worth $2,000 when you can get one that can do almost everything this phone can do except one (fold!). My point is if you are looking for a reason not to buy it you should not buy it the only reason your here is because you want to buy it , so..... I'll tell you this the phone is amazing.. but after your used to amazing... its just a phone.... or a tablet ... so remember your not getting a phone that can Telenor you anywhere on earth... yes you'll get bored with it... yes you DO NOT NEED IT... But yes it's still a great phone... its just not worth $2,000 unless whatever you want is more important than money ... for me I love it but its not for everyone. Pro's Premium feel, loud speakers, 120hz screen, 5g Lte, good battery life. Very attractive most never seen the 1st one Con's Very Heavy , Not water or dust resistant

I bought this for my wife because she wanted the capability of a small tablet. Within a couple of weeks the phone would freeze and have to be restarted multiple times a day.

Did not last long the screen bled all over the whole screens and a whole phone Went down the drain

Ca are is poorrrrrr there is not a lot of proctectos for it and it does not work well the 2000 are not worth it

Absolutely amazing! Had it for about 6 weeks now and I just can't put it down. Front screen is very underrated. Finding cases have been a challenge but they're starting to come around. . If I had to make one complaint it would be the cameras. For 2 grand this device should absolutely have the Note 20 Ultra camera setup. I still highly recommend. Especially over an iPhone. Great Job samsung.

Why advertise, a product, when you don't have it in stocks. This is ridiculous.
