Shortly after the 30 days since we bought it, she started having problems with it. Sometimes her calls do not go through, or it does not get cellular data and it turns off randomly. It is not our cellular service because she had no problems prior with her old phone and she also put the service on her old phone for a week recently and it was fine. The phone is cool because of the screens but I should have bought her another Samsung Galaxy not this one.
