The concept of the phone is great, but it needs a lot of work. I bought this phone because I am visually impaired and thought that the larger "double screen" would be better to see on and still have the single for some uses. But the single screen is way too small, I cannot use it. There are several more issues that I have had, here are just a few: You can only use the speaker for phone calls when it is open. Could not receive calls while connected to the WIFI. The speaker also started crackling after only two months. Signing out of accounts on apps.

Excellent phone. Rather a mini tablet. Quite capable

Better than i could of hoped. This is a great phone.

I've now had 2 warranty replacement units develop same bleeding display problem/ This is hardware design flaw. Recall these smartphones until this display is fixed.

The phone seems convenient like having a mobile laptop or tablet but it is glitchy and doesnt support sone very basics apps.

This phone is the worst phone I have ever had. Screen cracked.

Low battery life, with no use in 8 hours it will drop to 65% battery life. Tried it not my thing

The hinge started to make a clicking noise when opening on the 7th day since purchase. I googled the issue and found a guy who had the exact same issue on reddit. Everybody, from the best staff to samsung customer service, is going to tell you it's normal. They are going to kick balls to prevent you from getting a replacement. The fact is, if this is normal then samsung should put this clicking noise feature in their product description. It didn't had that noise on the first 7 days so I know it's definitely not normal. Just because a problem is common doesn't makes it normal or acceptable. And, it seems that if you don't run into this issue on the first few weeks after you've got the phone, you'll never have the issue in the future. It really is a quality defect that they're trying to cover up. If you are not the type of person who cares about these noise, you'll be fine. But I really don't like to hear any noise coming out of that hinge. It just makes the phone feels cheap and poorly made. And I need that guaranteed replacement when I ask for it in the return period.

There aren’t many cases for this phone and no screen protectors even though the phone folds recommend creating a screen protector to fold with the phone

DO NOT BUY!!! waiting on my 3rd phone to replace my replacement. Both phones cracked along the fold and Samsung warranty is garbage. They transfer you to India and nothing gets done. Now $500 (2x $250 deductibles) in Asurion claims later and I'm moving onto a 3rd phone.

Do NOT buy this phone. The screen will crease and one side will stop working. Samsung will offer to repair your phone but you have no phone for 9 to 11 business days. I use this phone for my small business. They know these phones are garbage but they do nothing for their customers.

Not worth the money. Very tinyv and you need patience to deal with it
