This is the worst technology purchase I have made in 50 years of buying tech. An incredible mess of software that is anything but android. Bixby is unusable. Don't consider this phone, the folding feature is cool but not ready for the big time.

Not happy! I have to constantly reset the phone when I do a search on the internet, or when I listen for tunes in Pandora. Typing in the fold is challenging as well. Total waste of my money!

My front screen isn't working and anytime i close the phone it completely shuts my phone off.

Still havent received it. Still on backorder. Wasnt aware it qould be this long. Paying for a phone i dont have.

The keyboard was way too small to text when the phone was closed, not what I expected.

So far this little/big device has impressed me and I've just begun using the ZFold3. I really enjoyed the Note series from Samsung and wanted to stay with a simular device, so when they offered the ZFold3 and i held it for the first time, I was like 'Heck Yes' it fits in my hand nice and if i want the bigger screen i.e. Note/S22 Ultra, I got em beat with the ZFold3. Sorry S22 Galaxy users lol.

The Fold 3 is a huge improvement over the previous Fold 2. Screens are amazing. Inner screen feels like glass not a plastic screen protector. The hinge seems to be better quality. The inner camera is hidden most of the time but occasionally you see the camera circle. Feels solid and battery life is excellent. Overall an excellent device.

Good phone and good execution, but overall not for me.

So far love this phone / tablet. Color is vivid. Everything is excellent

Samsung has been a positively life changing blessing in my life. As I hold this phone in my hands I am very grateful for this amazing experience. Whoever knew this would ever be possible. Leave me with this phone all alone and I'll be enjoying life to the max for years. My Samsung galaxy note 9 has proven to be extremely solidly manufactured. I imagine it was created and put together with love. It has fallen off my motorcycle a few times and survived with only a few scratches. It's fallen many other times and is still up and running. I must thank God first which is the creator of the brain of the man which created Samsung. Secondly I truly thank all those at Samsung and beyond which made this possible. Life is phenomenal, LG, life is more than good. SAM-SUNG Sam means 3 and Sung means Stars.... beautiful humble name but in reality you are more than 5 stars.

Awesome phone!!! Battery life could be better. Other then that the phone is great and fast. Traded in my old samsung for this one at best buy and it was so easy. Love the phone and shopping at best buy

The phone is a little narrow when folded and somewhat large when open but nothing you cant tell when looking at it in the store. Good cameras, very fast, quality piece.

This is the ticket! Makes !y 13 ProMax seem tired & outdated. This phone is ALWAYS a conversation piece when im out & about. Best Buy had it for 400 dollars less than Verizon & they were great. O!ce you go Fold 3, regular phones pale in comparison. My new fave!

The phone itself isnt great. With screen creases showing too soon. The ATT LOCKED handsets being sold now are from very old remaining stock. ATT policy changes multiple times making activation and unlocking very difficult. The ATT customer service is pathetic. The calls are bots or CSRs that just say sorry nothing they can do The offshore back end team does all the work and cannnot be reached by customers.

I have been an Android user all of my life. I am still trying to navigate everything this phone has to offer. All in all, I love this phone because it opens to a small tablet. It works well with a stylus or your finger.

Buy buy buy dont even think about it buy it. You wil not regret it!!

Big name and then nothing. Brought it a few weeks ago and have had no success in using it as you would think a new latest technology phone would work. Maybe the processor is not powerful enough....the web pages don't load and apps take forever to turn.It is always buffering.
