I love it! Takes excellent photos! Larger surface size is great, especially for those with vision issues and for playing games. Long battery life. Only drawback is its a little heavy to carry in my pocket, but it is like having 2 phones.

The best phone i have ever had. Best camera quality and i love all the features that come with the phone. Definitely will purchase again if needed to. I love how you can just do multiple things at once and watch at the same time without meeding to exit the other. Im just in love woth my new phone.

I bought this mobile to gift my friend who came to USA few months back. He is very much excited with the mobile as this looks so pretty easy to carry and works like a tab whenever he needs it. He fell in love with it.

I've gone from an iPhone, to Android, to about four different Samsung Notes...but the Fold is the bomb. I'll never go back to a regular cellphone. If the price wasn't so high, EVERYONE would want one. Because my second best phone is the Samsung Note, I had to have a S-Pen...and there's cases out there that support the stylus...HOME RUN!

I just got the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 during the sales period, and I have to say, it's mind-blowing! The foldable design is not only innovative but also incredibly practical. I love how it seamlessly transitions and folds into a tablet is next-level cool. The screen is absolutely stunning, and I love how it seamlessly switches to a cover screen for quick tasks. It handles everything I throw at it with ease, thanks to its awesome performance. This phone has redefined my smartphone experience and indeed this is a total game-changer and bestbuy's customer service has made the whole experience even better. I'm over the moon with this purchase!

The phone is fast and beautiful. And it is great to see such a large picture! But I can fold it up to fit in a smaller pocket. All good, but it is pretty expensive.

Although its relatively new in use for me but i love the slim size and the middle line than the 2022 model and battery life is super, display is excellent a d pictures are great

I can't state how much I absolutely love this product. I love the front screen to where you can just use for quick glances. I also love the main screen which is large and allows you to watch shows and/or read items you are interested in.

This is an excellent phone, I got a great deal on the Open Box Excellent. I have been using this phone for a few weeks now. Two screens are definitely better than one, switching between the cover screen and the main screen has been seamless! Support for the S-Pen, sold separately, has been great - I have been enjoying hand-writing and drawing and doodling to a great extent with the S-Pen! The camera suite has great features, and I really liked the ability to take selfies with the back camera, as well as the Director's view option which lets me see views from all of the three cameras simultaneously. Only thing I wish this had was a macro feature like the Google Pixel phone I had used before this phone. But that is in no way a deal breaker, overall a great device!

I was very skeptical when getting the Z Fold 5, I was afraid that afer all these years using an iPhone it would not live up to my expectations. I was so wrong,the phone is smooth, responsive and fast. Opening up to the inner display is a joy and makes media consumption so much nicer. I do not use my iPad since i got the phone. Only thing I wish Samsung would improve on is the camera, after all its a phone that I can take pictures with.

I've only had the phone for a few weeks but as long as it holds up I can say this is my favorite phone of I've used. The outside sceeen on its own gives a complete smartphone experience and being able to unfold into a small tablet whenever I want to use a larger screen is a game changer. I have zero interest in going back to a candy bar style phone. I got it during a significant sale which made it palettable but the full price would have been prohibitive for me.

Now that LG doesn't make phones anymore, I decided to go back to Samsung, and so far it's been great! The fold 5 is an improvment over the older models and fits well in my hand when closed. I was tired of the bulky one screens and when i need it bigger i just open it up. The nice thing about it being unlocked is no extra software from verizon and i can do no interest directly with best buy and pay more off when i want to.

I love this phone and have not had a single issue! I know new ones are out now but I am not sure how much more improvement they could make.

Plenty of storage space and great speed. I enjoy using the closed way for reading and viewing simple things, but I unfold it to read ebooks and play compatible apps. I had the Flip 4 originally (which was also great), but I'm happy that I upgraded. My only complaint is that some apps work better on the front screen only or the unfolded screen but not both, but that really depends on the app.

Long time samsung phone user. This Fold 5 is the best ever. I tried and brand for a week and return it. The samsung phones are the BEST quality and easiest phones ro use. The fold 5 does everything. It great for business, video's, playing games and the photos are stunning.

i fell it's a great phone. i got it as a Christmas gift and love it. the unfolded screen is perfect for video watching.

I use both apple and Samsung devices, This device rocks in display , reading emails, watching high resolution photos, video calls. What i like more is i dont need to carry my ipad and iphone when i travel on flights. Most reliable phablet in market

Had this for a little over a year now. I like being able to open it up into a big screen when needed, but sometimes its not responsive to swiping/tapping. The phone is too heavy. Looking forward to the improved versions that are lightweight like regular androids. Got a good price in 2023 just prior to Thanksgiving.

This phone is incredible. The quality grade the camper is amazing. The battery life is really good. I enjoy using this phone on my day-to-day life if you want something new and a little different from the usual phone and don’t want an iPhone this is the best one to go with.
