I liked that when not in use it was flushed to the phone and I did not have anything bulky sticking out like a pop-socket. It worked great in the beginning, until it didn't. I purchased this item twice thinking my first purchase was defective, but I realized it's simply the product material itself. After a few days, on both purchases the strap would get stuck and it became very difficult to use. My thought is that the plastic expanded on both items preventing the strap from sliding down since I do live in an area that averages anywhere between 95 to 115 degrees during summer months. Keep in mind the phone case was not left outside in direct sunlight, but even in the shade, it can be quite hot.

Really enjoy this one as well, and will probably keep this as my everyday case. Usually I buy 3-4 cases. Plus I really like the graphite color and texture. Would highly recommend if you are good with the high price.
