actually im using fold since last 2 years 1st I bought fold 3 not worth then last year I bought fold 4 but it had lots of issues my inner screen stopped working so finally I did trade in. fold 5 is also not worth no good camera. this time Samsung tried to fool us badly.

don't like how keyboard is setup and does not have dust resistant s23 ultra is better its got 200mp can't beat that

I HAVE OWNED FOLD 2,3 AND NOW 4! WITH EVERY GENERATION THERE IS A IMPROVEMENT! VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! I PRETTY MUCH OWN ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS! SAMSUNG IS A FUTURE PROOF COMPANY WITH CONSTANT INOVATION! THE NEW CASE WITH PEN IS DEFINITELY A HUGE IMPROVEMENT OVER LAST YEARS WORTHLESS CASE!

DON'T BUY IT. 4 months in and black stripe of death (Google it). Insurance was conveniently canceled 2 months prior to the screen failing by the insurance company. Really awesome phone other than only lasting 4 months. Spent two and a half hours talked to eleven people. One of their associates had her rooster in the room carrying on. Another call 2 guys were carrying on a conversation in a foreign language. Everybody was pointing the finger at the other guy as to why my 2k phone only lasted 4 months. Insurance was conveniently canceled 2 months ago. I've spent over 20k on their products, thanked them for the good run. The galaxy fold 4 has a defective screen design. They should have let us know before selling it. They did offer to give me $750 for my 2k brick towards a new s23. During this 6 hour treck I saw another one cracked at the repair shop and my secretary's is now beginning to crack

Come on Best Buy really my order has been delayed step up ur game

I don't like how the keyboard is set up no water resistant and no dust resistant I think s23 ultra is better phone to go for even tho I had problems with Samsung phones not wireless charge correctly the s23 ultra got 200mp u can't beat that

I bought the FoldZ4 512GB with a trade-in and when I turned in the trade-in BB insisted on taking my fingerprint, they said it is a store policy, I strongly objected and spoke to manager, someone who was in the cashier, then sa8d it was Samsung policy. Either way this is an egregious invasion of privay, I decided to return the phone, I will buy it for same or better price from Amazon, they do ot request fingerprints for trade-in. BestBuy, if you are reading this stop stealing our biometrics..!!

I am a huge samsung supporter but this is jams down the worst phone I've ever had! I love the screen but the phone is crap!

I had to replace the cracked screen twice. Do not buy Z Fold, they are very unreliable.
