It drops the calls a lot in the middle of a call then reconnects after about 10 seconds and that drives me nuts

I haven't been using a very long. Got them not too long ago. So far I am pretty impressed though for the price.

This is the 3rd Bluetooth headset I have bought from Best Buy. Out of the 3 (Plantronic and Lg), this is the best headset I have ever used. It is sweatproof and sleek in design. I highly recommended this headset to anyone who is thinking of buying a Bluetooth headset.

Not my favorite purchase of a Samsung product. Ear pieces are heavy. Only 2 size of buds and neither were comfortable. The sound definitely left much to be desired. I will be sticking to my LG tones until something better is released.

I use it every day at work and it has been great. I like the easy-to-use volume control and pause feature.

I previously owned an over the ear Bluetooth. I have to remember to put it on but when I do it's wonderful.

my father is not a tech savvy person, and he loves these! they do everything he needs while he is driving.

Love these headphones . They are great when working out , or even just a simple walk around rhe park

My husband love this bluetooth. He likes the feel of ot in his neck. You forget you are wearing it.

Got these Bluetooth headphones for my brother-in-law, who's a contractor so he can listen to his tunes without disrupting the entire project with his boombox! And I can now get hold of him on the phone, as he could never hear his phone ring before....now they ring right in his headphones!

Item works with no problem but it was an impulse purchase. Sould of bought regular one ear Bluetooth.

they work very good ,happy with purchase, charge could last longer but that's true with anything.

This headphones are great and simple to drive and exercises!!!

It's okay to workout but for work The music just kept breaking, just isn't meant for tough work.

Overall this is a good product, it's a good set for the price. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I am a welder and these headphones make my day go by so fast. They are light weight and strong

I love the features but this is not a reliable device. I have had it for 45 days and it will not turn on. I have tried resetting the device. I got it to work for a couple of days and it stopped working again. I do not use it when working out so it does not have any type of water damage. Not sure what is wrong with it and afraid to get another.

This is the best bluetooth headset i have owned. they are comfortable to where around your neck all day long. Love the notification feature vibrates on your head when you get calls texts emails or just updates from apps. I currently have the spare to two different phone works great

No other bluetooth set will stay on like this one. It's always there. It can't fall off. Plus it works. Easy to answer calls. Just separate the ear buds & stick one in your ear. They have more volume than any of my others so I can hear the music over my mower. I love this set.

I am happy with my head phone and I will let all my friends to go to the best buy and get one
