This product is absolute garbage. Best buy has nothing to do with it. It is all manufacturers issues. Anything after a year and it's "normal wear and tear". Two exact headsets and they both had the same issues. According to Samsung tech support the life expectancy of Samsung products is around two years. Do yourself a favor and just pass these by if you come across them.

I've had these for a few months and I have a few issues with them. Left ear plug always seems to find and gets hooked on my seat belt when I'm only using the right one in my ear. The volume could be and little louder. I have just gotten a fitbit HR charge and now from time to time I lose a call I'm on after installing the Fitbit app. Other then those small issues I love them. Give me name of who's calling had have a great battery life. Will give 5 stars when drop call issue is fixed.

    Great Product, but some complaints.

So I just purchase this a few a days ago. I was looking at the LGs for awhile now; but saw this product and since I had a Galaxy phone, why not. Features are nice, sound quality is good; its no Beats or Bose headset, but its also under $100. There are some complaints about the bass; but I don't have that much of a complaint. The Samsung Gear app lets you tweak the EQ on the headset and its pretty good. Mic is clear on the other end according to my wife and friends. It comes with three (03) ear gel sizes and the Mediums are the ones that comes "installed". I switch it out for the smallest size and they fit nice, The cord could be a little longer; but for the most part it wraps around and still have some slack with both plugs in the ear. It works great with S Voice, but why wouldn't it. I would have been disappointed if it didn't work with Samsung apps. So, here are a few complaints. The back part has some weight., where it is enough to pull your ear pieces off if you move around too much. They do include this plastic ring that is more like a collar that you put the headset on and rest the collar on your neck. There is a snap in for that back end of the headset that holds it into the collar. I'm not a big fan of the collar, but iI can see it being useful for running, jogging, etc.. The LGs has the weight distributed to the front with the tentacle look and all the hardware to the front and the cable just wraps around. When your not using the headset, it lays perfectly balance from front to back. Also, kinda had to get use to the thing vibrating on alerts and calls. I thought that the ear side of the headset was going to be too big or heavy, but it is not, what pulls it out is pretty much that back part being a little heavy. I seem to be okay, since I wear a lot of collared shirt for work and I just tuck it back there. It when I wear T-shirts that it gets annoying. Other then this, its a great produce.

Best of the 3 by Far

Have owned the Motorola ear buds and the LG tone. Picked up the black Gear Circle. Biggest concern was how would the fit in the ears be, Very Comfortable! Nice design, very light weight, nice finish. Downloaded the Gear Manager app. Fantastic equalizer, pre-sets, settings. Notifications are in a clear pleasant voice. The center battery compartment snaps into one of three different sized, clear plastic, neck holders. This is a neat design and very comfortable. Music - the sound is the best I have experienced. The equalizer lets you dial in the perfect bass. Very clear and crisp sound. Talk/Listen - called 3 people. They sounded clear. They heard no background noise. Was in the car with window open/closed, radio on/off. They called me, no issues. Best ones I have owned. They are paired to my Gallaxy S5.

I really love this product. I was able to pair it with my Galaxy Gear S, Iphone 6 and Note 4. The sound quality is awesome. The ear buds are some what uncomfortable when place in the ear for extended time. The Beats Power 2 is better to use for working out. The Gear Circle however is more stylish. I use the Gear Circle as a everyday bluetooth. Overall i would recommend this product.

This is by far the best Bluetooth head set I own, I have the lg tones and a few others, the sound is great ,if you download the gear app from samsung apps it gives you options for notifications, and it gives you an equalizer option to enhance audio to your taste called gear sound live, theres a downside that is the neck guards its called, wich are clear plastic bands that go around your neck to keep the product in place when your doing physical activities they come in 3 seizes, and doesnt take long to get used to them, the ear buds could be better designed to stay and rest better in the ears, but they're ok and when combined with the neck guard they rarely fall off your ears, there is a vibrating function when you get notifications aside from the notification voice telling you, but its not strong enough so you feel it everytime, the touch function on the side is great you slide your finger up on the right earbud end and down to lower or raise the volume, theres a phisical button also on the right side that when paired to a samsung device if pressed two consecutive times skips tracks, all in all its a good headset, I enjoy all the notifications being read out to me wile in the train or the gym without me pulling out my phone as well as the sound quality wich is not bad at all for being a Bluetooth conected device.

My heart was set on Bose earbuds, but not in stock. Salesman encouraged me to try the Gear Circle. I've had it about a week, so here's some likes and dislikes. When I first opened the box, I saw the cheap, plastic neck "collar" that is attachable to the circle to keep it from sliding down the back of your neck and pulling the buds out of your ears. (The salesman didn't mention that in his sales pitch). That was almost enough for me to take them straight back. When I tried on the Circle, I really didn't like the way they fit in my ears, they stick out pretty far and look kind of goofy. Also, when the Circle is closed, it doesn't lay flat against your chest, also sticks out pretty far. If it hadn't been raining, I would have taken them back right then, but I decided to give it 24 hours. With all the negative things I've said so far, now let me give you the good news. It's been a week now and I wouldn't take them back for anything. I LOVE them! The sound is excellent, they connect flawlessly to Bluetooth and have amazingly good range. The volume control is really cool - you just slide your finger over it. Answering phone calls is simply a tap and a nice, clear connection with no static. The earbuds stay in my ears better than any I have ever tried (inexpensive and expensive ones). I really like the fact it wears like a necklace, with the collar (very comfortable, not constricting at all), reducing the chance of losing it. I don't think it's "goofy" looking anymore, think it's rather cool and space age looking. I've had several inquiries about it when I'm out and about and highly recommend it! Great value for the quality! I already know I'll buy more for birthday and Christmas presents :)

I bought these headphones and used them a few times. They sound fantastic, however even when paired with note 4, they had very little function. Also they weren't very loud even after adjustments were made with an equalizer. My pair also had battery issues. It did not hold a charge. On top of that, I have small ear holes and the buds wouldn't stay in with any real head movement even with the smallest size tip. I still give them a 3 because they really did sound nice, the design is great, and I'm sure the battery is usually fantastic; I just had bad luck.

I love the fact that you don't have wires going to your device. It works great with my galaxy tab s, gear edge and gear s. The con is that i must have extremely small earholes because even the smallest adapter is too large. I can get them in, but if i need to do much movement, they fall out. It also results in pain after having them in for a longer period of time. I purchased them to use in flight for movies and music etc when i travel. So, for that use they are acceptable. Id never be able to wear them to workout or clean house etc as they would fall out. The sound is good and it's very easy to use.....again, provided you fall into one of the three earbud sizes it offers.

I never liked earbuds but I don't mind these at all. The headset stays in place thanks to the neck guide that sits comfortable I wear it all day and I honestly forget its on until it vibrates. The volume touch control is very accurate and easy to get used to. The sound and mic is very clear when I'm on a call. I really like these headphones and it's a reasonable price very advanced yet easy to use.

I bought the Samsung Gear Circle, excited at the prospect of using Bluetooth. I loved that it could sync to my IPod and Galaxy phone together. The sound quality was clear with music and phone. I liked the text to speech function of text messages. The battery was great, seemed to last quite awhile on a charge. What disappointed me was when listening to music on my IPod, the music would randomly cut out, or turn off (unsync). I thought it might be an Apple issue, but I found the same thing happened when listening to music with my Galaxy S4. I exchanged once, then returned the 2nd one for refund. Didn't want to try a 3rd time. If all Bluetooth is like this, I'll stick to cords; it's not so bad and more stable.

At first I was thinking they'd be great, they sounded good and the controls were easy. I wore them for about an hour around the house and they never fell out. I didn't want to wear the silly plastic neckband so it seemed like they would work just fine without it. After wearing them in real world use proved otherwise though. Working in the yard, the earpieces would pop out about every five minutes, any bit of sweat and the weight of the earpiece itself was too much apparently. If I'm going to have to wear a neckband anyway I'm going to opt for the LG Pro Tone series which have a smaller earpiece and won't be subject to falling out as much... hopefully.

Descent product and nice design but didn't work for my right ear canal. I'd like to see a hanging bud ear piece like the iPhone wired type. Of course the wires would have to be totally limp or engineered to hang straight down. The clear plastics pieces are great but don't need to curve down to be functional. Sound is good with programmable equalizer. I wanted this to work for excersize purposes. Samsung you are free to contact me for ideas and testing.

    Disappointing for Samsung Product

I am a Samsung-o-phile; I love love love their products, but this one really did not do it for me. The battery time is wonderful. The Circle doesn't require very frequent charging and even with near constant use I can get a full day or more from them easily. The shape of the piece that fits into the ear is very strange, so that no matter which size cover I use, none of them will stay in even when I am doing minimal moving around, I haven't even tried them for hiking ye, as any amount of sweat or dampness in the ear and they just slide right out. Thank goodness for the plastic band or I would have dropped them about a hundred times. The other major issue is that they refused to stay paired and connected to my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, and I have the Samsung Gear Manager app, all my other products (including my Gear 2 Neo) stay connected with ease, but in the middle of a podcast with my phone less than 24 inches away from the Circle and without any objects in between, and it just stops being connected! I have to press the button on the headphones to reconnect them, wait for it to tell me the battery level, then get back to my podcast. It happens at least once every hour. I am pretty disappointed.

Product has great sound. It's comfortable to wear. Cool volume touchpad on side. Only flaw is the size of in ear buds. They have a huge knot on the end which makes it hard to fit in ear...it simply rests on ear.. also ... It has no skip track option! Bluetooth wireless device where your phone is away....but you have to pull it out to change songs!! Deal breaker! Took them back for that reason. Can't workout with ease having to pull my phone out when the song is not suiting the right mode.

I purchased these and the lg tone infinim to compare both. I ended up returning the lg and going with these. they work great and if inserted in ear correctly do not fall out as others claim I tried everything to get them to fall out. I do think if music is your main focus the lg infinim do sound a lot better but over all I like these couldn't get use to the horse collar on the lg.I wear these all day at work and forget there even on. Only 4 stars because audio could be improved

This is one of the better set of earphones I have used. The sound quality is good. The microphone works well on phone calls and they stay in my ears. So why am I thinking of returning them? The cords to my ears are a little short. I am a bigger guy and turning my head tends to pull on my ears. When I want to wear them during exercising there is a clear plastic neck piece to attach them to so they don't fall off. I would prefer a one piece unit. Again love the product but considering the LG product that is a one piece unit.

It is difficult to hear some calls. These are absolutely worthless for listening to music. It sounds like an old distant am radio that has no positive volume control. The battery lasts for about a week if I just use it for phone calls + +. I would not recommend this to anybody because of the low volume. It does fit well on my big head, and otherwise functions well.
