Great sound Quality , interesting concept , but no
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a pair of in-ear bluetooth headphones as I find at night if I can't sleep, my over ear ones are a bit too cumbersome, and also to use for yardwork , walking + exercise. The Samsung Galaxy circle seemed a good choice to go with my Note Edge, and generally I am happy with the sound, integration with Gear Manager App , and easy connectivity . So those are all Positives, along with the sliding volume control. The Negatives however are mostly due the design and overall Comfort. First, the wires are a bit short. They just make it to my ears from my neck. Next the Haptic feedback that buzzes the neck section when you increase the volume even slightly. The Magnets In each earpieces section, while a cool idea are just too heavy and the headphones flop about when you are doing any activity unless you use the enclosed plastic Neckband brace - they give you 3 sizes of braces , but whoever designed them must have very small necks because even the large pinches my neck and they are too rigid, no flex to them, and the wires just hang over them, would have been better to have a groove for wire . My last gripe is the location of the Power switch on the underside of left earbud. I am a fan of many Samsung Products , but these while still of good quality, fall short in overall comfort.

great for music playback. sucks for calls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to admit that the sound quality for music play back is awesome. The eq that can be used with Samsung devices is great. The reason i did not like the and why i ended up returning them is because when i made some calls with them the person on the other side of the line could barely hear me and understand. I havea note 4 and a zte zmax and the call quality was not good eith either.

Great headset once you sync it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great headset once you can sync it to your device. My tablet didn't seem to want to find the headset the first 2 times trying to sync it.

Sound is very good. BUT...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They keep falling out of my ears, and when they do stay in they hurt., I will be returning them after 4 days of constant use. I really like the style when they are around my neck, but I have to wear them around the front of my neck. But when i wear them around the back of my neck, they always fell out, Especially if i moved my head.

Replacement Ear Gel Costs $100
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Gear Circle was a great product but it's now worthless because of a part that only cost a couple of dollars at most. I recently lost one of the soft ear gels on the Gear Circle. After contacting Samsung and getting transferred from department to department several times, I found out that the only way to fix my Gear Circle is to purchase a new one because the soft ear gels are not available separately from the main unit. I even tried searching online for retailers that sold the ear gels separately and did not find any. The soft ear gels are something that can wear with use or are easily lost, as in my case. Samsung should make the ear gels available as a separate purchase instead of having to buy a whole new unit. I'm unhappy right now and I like most Samsung products. I can not recommend the Gear Circle knowing that losing or damaging a very inexpensive piece will render the device unusable to the point that a new unit has to be purchased.

Avoid this product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a black one that worked well for a few months. Then the bluetooth range dropped to less than 3 feet; at times it was less than 1 foot! I went through all the troubleshooting with them, finally they had me send it in and they said it would take up to 9 days from the time they receive it to process it and send it or a new one back to me. This did not happen. I gave them an extra week to account for the holidays (it was late December when I sent it in), then called to check on it because their online status did not show anything going on with it. They apologized and elevated the case a few levels. They said they no longer manufacture it so they would send me a gift card for the purchase amount and follow up with me in 24 to 48 hours. There was no follow up. Again, I was patient and gave them a week to contact me; they still did not. Again I called, again they elevated to the same department, again, they were going to send me a gift card and would follow up with me, this time no later than Monday, three working days. Again, they did not. I called first thing Tuesday morning, day 35 since they received it. The first guy did not ellevate the case, he said they spoke with me yesterday and offered me a pink one because they got some in; this was false, they did not contact me. He said he could offer me red or silver and send it through the slowest form of shipping they offer so I should have it in about 2 weeks. He was rude so between the colors I did not care for and his attitude, I asked to ellevate the call and speak with the department I spoke with previously. He put me on hold for 10 minutes then came back on and said they approved the ellevation of the call. Then another 5 minute hold so he could actually call them. Surprisingly, I actually then spoke with the guy that was supposed to call me back on Monday. He apologized that he had not contacted me and made up excuses as to why he didn't. Then offered me the same thing the last guy did. I declined this option and accepted the option I had been offered multiple times previously, the gift card. He said he'll follow up with me in 24-48 hours. I am beginning to think this will ever end.

Had high hopes but................................
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been wanting this headset since it was announced several months ago. I purchase it and have had it for 2 days. I will be returning it for a number of reason listed below. Alot of potential, but this attempt falls to get me away from the LG TONE line of headsets (which are the best on the market right now for under $100# Problem #1 The design An unadvertised problem with this headset is that it will not stay on your neck well without a clear plastic collar that Samsung places in the box in 3 sizes #S, M L). The sizes of the collar are ok, but if you have a larger neck the Large size will feel like someone is choking you. Needless to say, commericals and advertisements do not show this as being needed to use the headset. Without this collar, you'll need to wear both ear buds or the headset will fall off your neck often. The earbugs come in 3 sizes but because of the weight of earpiece, they fall out constantly. You will not be able to wear these while running or cycling. Problem 2 Connectivity This requires Samsung Gear manager app to connect, which isn't my issue, i like the app and it worked fine for me. My issue is that the device would not connect on its own to my NOTE EDGE or my wifes NOTE 4. I had to toggle the bluetooth settings everytime i powered the device on. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. OVERALL I had high hopes for this headset but it failed to meet any of my expectations and was returned. I'm going back to the LG TONE models because of the great design and lightweight earbuds. I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

So disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Samsung products. I have the S5 and the TabS. So when the circle came out I excited. I purchases them and was disappointed the moment I took them out of the box. I did not like the plastic neck band and the eat buds were hard to fit in my ears. My friends always complained they could hear every little sound around me. They were awkward. Returned them and purchased the LG Tone Ultra. much happier

TERRIBLE!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these after seeing how great it looked and I seen some of the reviews online, HOWEVER I should have listened when people where complaining about the earbuds falling out of your hears. There is practically NO BASS whatsoever and even though yu can adjust the equalizer on your app it still is NON existent. If you want bass DO NOT buy these. They are going back ASAP!

Worthless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these thinking they would be another great Samsung product. Wrong. Total waste of $. I have a lawn service and they will not stay in my ears while mowing. I couldn't imagine the aggravation trying to use these while exercising. I've had 5 pairs of BT headphones and these are the worst. They're even worse than the Powerbeats2 by Dre. And that's saying something.

Won't stay in my ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my S5 Samsung phone to listen to music at work on a wireless network. The sound is great, when it works. When I stream and turn it off momentarily, when I turn it back on the volume has been turned downed and I have to skip to the next song for it to be turned up loud enough to hear it. You get 6 different ear gels of different sizes. I accidentally lost one and had to use another size. Now, when I move my face at all, the one with the different gel falls out of my ear. Samsung offers no replacement gels, if you lose them you can't use the product because it won't stay in your ear. The biggest neck piece (3 sizes again) for "sports" is too small on my neck and uncomfortable. I would throw this thing away but it cost me $100. I spend all day at work putting one earphone back in my ear, repeatedly. I started using Apple earbuds again instead. At least it's ok sitting at a desk. but no good moving around. If there were replacement ear gels I might change my mind slightly about this useless product.

Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just brought these today to workout with and they won't stay in my ears. Every time I moved my head they would come out of my ears. I spend most of my workout putting them back in. I tried all of the ear buds and none of them would give a Snug fit. Will be returning tomorrow.

Good sound But Not Enough Features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an LG Tone Ultra Headset and I exchanged it for this one and I figured since it was Samsung that it would be more than what I expected. It doesn't have any voice prompts that tells you when the battery is low or if you're too far from the phone, battery status and also you cant hear text messages. If you don't have the left side in your ear, no one can hear you clearly on the other end. The 3 different sizes of the neck strap are uncomfortable. You cant rewind a song or even replay a previous track. it only allows you to go forward. The only advantage is that the volume is really loud when playing movies or music. I gotta say i'm a bit disappointed in Samsung for this one. So I'm going back to the LG Tone + Headset.

Uncomfortables
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones are uncomfortable to use, the head must be maintained practically immobile, when I turn aside the ear headphones moves because of their large size. I hope you consider this feed back,as the design is very good but its ergonomics is too bad.

Very Nice!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned many sets of Bluetooth headsets. LG TONES 700's, 730's, 750's, & 800's (newest). The Tones keep getting better but pale in comparison to these. These stay around my neck better, block background noise better, and I don't sound like I'm under water in a tunnel on the other side of the world. Highly recommended!
