The physical design of the headset is excellent! They stay around your neck (with the use of the support brackets), and the ear buds stay in your ear no matter what you are doing. The sound quality is wonderful! All my music comes in crystal clear! The issue I have is with the microphone. When I'm on a call people can hear my background noise better than they can hear me! I find myself yelling a lot and looking for a quiet place so I can be heard. I'm quite disappointed in this device and don't recommend this to no one! Did I say I'm on my second device?

It's hard to shop for this birthday boy! The guy at the store steered me this way and they were a hit. He is very happy! Easy to use, great sound.

I like the sound and the features but only if i didnt have to keep putting it back in after falling out qhen working out other than that great sound, easy to work and has some coold deatures

I absolutely love this bluetooth headset! Given both my phone and tablet are samsung products, I knew these were gonna be worth the price, and best buy was the lowest I found after going to 6-8 other ones. I've only one complaint, I have really tiny ears and usually the tiniest size tips that come with the headsets have fit well enough to not have an issue or i'd use some off an old set when neded. Yet these tips don't fit me. Due to the design that covers the entire ear piece and isn't just a bud, there's no other brand that can be used as replacements. Therefore, the sound quality isn't the greatest for someone else who has issues with earbuds not fitting well. Samsung really needs to either make some even smaller to accommodate the consumer's in need, or |redesign them. Otherwise this is a purchase I highly recommend =)

This device connects seamlessly to Samsung phones. Comfortable fit. Lightweight and easy to use. Doesn't fall off when using while working out.

Sound quality good, ease of use excellet. Looks great. Now for the bad. Absoutely useless for running or sports, will not stay in your ears.

Very convenient while I'm at work, great music sound and Quality, I have had a few people tell me I sound far away but otherwise this Bluetooth is better than the other brand. Also love the voice notifications I get from my s6 edge plus

I purchased these headphones after seeing a best buy sales representive with them; I was attracted to its design and wireless capability. However, the sound quality can be improved to make these overall 5 stars headphones in my opinion.

I really like these headphones, they are good for price, great sound, do not fall off. I recently bought sol republic and they kept falling off, so I exchanged for these, they are the same quality with less likely to fall off and lose.

These headphones are simple to connect and easy to use while I walk. However I cannot talk on the phone while it is windy. The other party cannot hear my voice. This was frustrating at times. It does seem to hold up well to sweating.

Great sound and clarity. The only drawback is the neckbands to prevent slippage. They are rigid and will irritate neck easily . Perhaps if they used wired tubing coated with foam. If not for that I would have given 5 stars! Love it!

I have a lot of BT headsets -- all of the LG, Jabra, Motorola -- a total of at least owning 20 headsets. By far, this is the best one. It may not be aesthetically pleasing to some because of the shape of the headphones but the functionality and the fit is very superior. Sound clarity is excellent. A bit muffled but not muddled. Could use a bit more treble but it is perfect for voice calls. I use this primarily for traveling when on conference calls and has not failed me once. BT connects easily and battery lasts forever.

These headphones are not only lite weight, but stylish. I think that the sound quality is decent and I would recommend these to others.

I purchaed the LG tones for my galaxy note 4. These samsung headphones are great for my phone and work well with my samsung gear fit.

The sound really is quite fine but I find them difficult to stay in my ears. I am also annoyed by the battery full audio that sounds off that I can notell seem to deactivate.

Love this product when walking or just enjoying music. However, when playing games, the sound effects are distorted. The idea of swiping up or down to increase/decrease the sound is in genius. It is easy to operate as well.

The sound quality is excellent. I like how this works in conjunction with my Samsung phone as well. I haven't tried the attachments that keep the earbuds in place if you're jogging or anything like that but so far so good.

The headphones are very easy to use and pair very easily with any non-Samsung device..very easy to operate and very lightweight...
