Watch was broke. Straight out of the package

We left it charge for 10 hours and still nothing. Took it back to Best Buy the staff were great, got a second watch, exchanged for the first Got home one of the side buttons was pushed so far in we could not even push the side button. Took it back to Best Buy again staff were great , but we just got our money back

Broken after 2 days

It's entirely too fragile to be a fitness watch. The extended warranty and manufacturers warranty will not cover this. Samsung wants to charge me more to fix it then what I paid. Very disappointed in its lack of durability. I've been a loyal customer to best buy and Samsung so I'm even more disappointed.

band was a dealbreaker
