Looks and feels great. Not as many features as I had thought (no phone interface for example). The reason I returned the item was because the wrist strap 'buckle' would not keep the watch on my wrist. It kept falling off. The strap has holes on one side and a knuckle on the other. You wear the watch by pushing the knuckle through one of the holes on the strap. If you're at all active, the watch will not stay on your wrist.

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. I was really excited about this purchase. Technologically speaking the watch is fine. However the band is not good. It comes undone. One day it came undone while my husband was wearing it doing everyday normal activities (not working out). It fell off his wrist. Now the watch is gone. How upset am I!

I love the look of this thing. For me, it did not add enough value on top of what I otherwise have in my Galaxy S7 Edge. Oh, well.

Not compatible with iphone & steps counting doesn't work correctly (it seems is a common issue )

Good product, I wish that the time in treadmill mode would count as steps, but you can make up for that by putting on your makeup.

The battery life is horrible the. Band sucks it has to be super tight to read heart rate.

Bought as open box. Had Fitbit prior and this watch did not work out for me. Just would not work half the time. Returned.

So far I am on my 2nd one the first one broke @ the cover piece next to the screen for a sports watch device it's not very rugged

My older Samsung Gear Neo, though partly broken, was better. Samsung has removed any speaker in all Bluetooth only smart watches.

I liked this watch a lot, for what it was! Nothing truly exciting, but solid product that worked as advertised!

Really disappointed in this product. The calorie counter never resets to zero daily as it should. The pedometer isn't accurate in any way shape or form. The incline meter doesn't function at all. Am a Type II diabetic and would like to find a fitness watch, that is made with the consumer in mind, functional and accurate, rather than "cute". I am a huge Samsung user, but this has been a real disappointment.

My wife loves the fact that it's a step counter and monitors your water intake. Good for remote control of your music at the gym

Doesn't take heart rate continually while running. Just intervals like every 20 to 30 seconds. Also can't save mile or km splits

I like that I can see my texts and who's calling when my phone is on the charger but not to happy with it as a fitness tracker.

Nothing too fancy. Stores your music which is a plus but battery life isn't that good.

I purchased the samsung gear fit 2 and within the first week of having it I had to factory reset it. Took it to Geek Squad and the guy just told me to return it and get a new one that it was more than likely defective....ended up getting the S3 instead due to the fact the only gear fit 2 they had was another returned product. Overall was an ok watch if u can find a nondefective one that is.

I was really excited to use this product to track my workouts however it is always saying "not on wrist". My texts wouldn't come in to my watch nor the responses you can send via the watch would work. I manual reset it three times, wouldn't work. I checked for updates constantly, always said up to date. The watch face and its sleek design are really the only good thing about this product.

Someone should be able to explain how to best utilize. It's a hit and miss for me. Product maybe good but not enough info.

The floor tracker is not very accurate and I wish the tracker would allow you to adjust your walking and running stride.

Every electronic device I own is Samsung.. multiple TV's, Sound bar systems, Blu-ray players, tablets, phones and I have to say the gear fit watches are garbage. They are very expensive and not worth the money. I bought 2 of them. One continuously falls apart and the other consistantly never works. I took back to Best Buy and they verified the issue but said they could not help me. They told me that I would have to contact Samsung directly but assured me that I would waste my time doing so as they were certainly not going to help me. The guy at best buy said I would be better of just buying new ones. Well he was right. Samsung will not help me. Turns out the numbers on my watch do not match Samsungs numbers. It's odd because I still have the box it came in and those match to my watch exactly but Samsung support says otherwise. They were purchased New from Best Buy. This has become such a hassle and certainly not worth the time or the money. Save your money as these are not worth it.
